Double “L” is awesome for a large group!

Everything about the stay was fantastic, the property was nice, everything was clean and we will definitely book the same house for next year.

Perfect Vacation Home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Double L Ranch House is a spacious, beautiful home that met every need. The kitchen was well thought out with double appliances (there’s a third fridge in the game room). You do not have to bring anything except food, spices and condiments. The kitchen has EVERYTHING else that you would need. We had 17 people in our party with age ranges from high school students, college students, and parents. Although the river was too low to float, we still had an amazing time hanging out at the pool, playing ping pong, corn hole, connect four, and having the “old people” show up the young ones in a feverish game of beer pong on the customized beer pong table. All of this while listening to our favorite tunes through the outdoor mounted speakers. The owners and management team are very responsive and easy to work with. Although we didn’t need one this year, Emily’s golf cart rentals are reasonably priced. We can’t wait to come back here next year.

Everything was great, awesome amenities, the house had everything you might need in the kitchen. The floors are very slippery when wet, be aware, but thankfully there were no accidents. Overall, we had an amazing getaway. The home was also use for our family photos and they turned out beautiful

Family Thanksgiving

We spent our thanksgiving at this property with family and it was perfect. The house was spacious and enough rooms and beds for everyone. The two stoves/ovens came in handy preparing our thanksgiving lunch. Loved the location as well. Walking distance to the river and beautiful scenery. Thanks again

The pool, beach volleyball court, and games were used - especially the pool. It's an easy walk to the Frio and everyone appreciated that. It was really convenient to have two stoves, microwaves, refrigerators, and sinks in the kitchen. We won't hesitate to return.

The house is very spacious, the way the bedrooms are arranged we weren't on top of one another. very private with our own bathrooms. Plenty of seating room for meals. Everything needed in kitchen. Rooms are spacious and kitchen is great for cooking large meals. The only down fall would be the coffee makers. One leaks from the bottom and makes a huge mess (cooks).
