Comfortable indoor dining tables seat 18.

The quaint breakfast kitchen #1 has vaulted ceilings, gas stove/oven & stainless appliances. There's a Huge Master bedroom w/ original wood floors, romantic 4 poster Pottery Barn King bed & custom built-in twin bunk beds. Texas-sized full bath. A child's daybed is tucked into an alcove, with half bath.

Historic Cabin
Covered sitting porch leads to private romantic, whitewashed oasis. Floor-to-ceiling white rock fireplace, wood floors, 16’ vaulted ceiling, wooden beams & open air river rock shower. Mountaintop & pool views from a wall of windows. Romantic 4 poster King size bed & upscale antiques. Whitewashed twin bed tucked into an alcove. Ensuite bathroom. Foundation built using river rocks from the Frio River. Perfection!

Historic Barn
White & bright, this exceptional retreat has the 2nd commercial grade kitchen, with wood floors, vaulted ceilings & (2) sets of French doors leading to a covered porch overlooking the pool. There's 3 stainless gas ovens, 4 sinks, 6 gas burner range & HUGE center island to make large scale family meals a breeze. The covered porch has a dining table overlooking the pool & tropical landscaping. Sublime night time lighting. Private bedroom has vaulted ceiling, w/ 2 twin bunk beds. Pretty bathroom w/ river rock shower & wood floors.

Pool House
Step thru French doors into a romantic, private, white-washed oasis. King size 4 poster bed, plantation shutters, vaulted ceilings, smart tv & wood floors. Large spa-like ensuite bath w/ marble sinks & beautiful floor-2-ceiling tile shower with bench. Peeks at pool.

Bunk House
White, bright & upscale. Vaulted ceiling, wood floors, 2 twin bunk beds w/ large, handsome ensuite bathroom is white and light with spacious white tile shower w/ bench. Views of backyard, pool & entertainment area.

Outside Fun
(2) kayaks, ping pong table, pool toys, treehouse, tetherball, dart board, tree swing, corn hole, giant jenga, giant dominos, horseshoes & custom white rock fire pit. Outdoor shower, underwater colored pool light & party lights above huge majestic oak trees adds to nighttime ambience. A gated, circular driveway holds all your trucks, tubes & trailers. Two (2) charcoal smokers sure to please any grill master. ATV's are allowed here.
