You will also have access to a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, perfect for enjoying convivial moments with family or friends. A well-equipped laundry room is conveniently located next to this area.



The first master bedroom features its own private shower room with a walk-in shower and toilet, providing optimum comfort.



Stairs lead upstairs, where you will find three charming bedrooms and a second shower room. A mezzanine with a balcony offering partial sea views is the perfect place to work quietly or get lost in a good book.



A fourth bedroom, complete with its own bathroom featuring both a shower and a bathtub, completes this floor.

They only operate when the property is unoccupied and the alarm system is activated. While you are staying at the property, the alarm is deactivated and the cameras are therefore also deactivated.
