“Delightful patio and view. Hot water worked, bed was comfortable, sheets were clean and useable, fridge and appliances all worked,. On the negative, some of the towels were old and scratchy, the living room A/C was noisy. Although building access was good, the windows are weak points in the security of the apartment. The outside of the building is badly in need of maintenance. And, please tell renters about the very tight parking space. ”

“Stay was awesome. Very updated cute house on the inside. Would be nice for 1sr bedroom to have blackout shades; the sun was very bright in the early am. 2nd room was perfect. Comfortable beds. The 2nd bathroom shower drain wouldn't stay open; so you had to manually do it after showering. Just letting you know. I definitely recommend this house. Thanks! ”

“I always love staying downtown Knoxville. The apartment is located right in Market Square, so an easy walk to everything. If the outside downtown noise bothers you, there are disposable earplugs provided. All the necessities are provided and everything was clean and neat. ”

“Our team was blown away by the space! They raved from the minute they walked inside. While we were close enough to walk to everywhere we needed to be, we had privacy and time to bond as a team since were not staying at the hotels with the rest of our convention participants. Everyone had a comfortable bed, and were excited to go home with clean clothes instead of having to laundry when they returned from our long, draining convention. “I traveled to Knoxville with my 25 year old son who was competing in Syndicate Crown Coliseum just a short walk away. Although we spent most of our time at the event we enjoyed mornings having breakfast on the back deck of the boat and spent our evenings enjoying the upper deck!
