“Apparently the restaurant has a banquet hall on the lower level of the hotel. Everyone attending the baquet took all the parking which left no parking for paying hotel quest. The banquet had a band that played " loud music" to the point that your windows were shaking and you could not even hear the TV. They played until 9pm at night.
