“Desde el hotel fueron poco flexibles cuando tuve un problema con el pago y me amenazaron con cancelar mi reserva si no pagaba por adelantado a través de un link, a pesar de que en la reserva ponía que se pagaba en el alojamiento. “The unit was great and served our family well. However finding it was extremely difficult. We had a rental car and luckily our friend who lives there was with us and able to get us close enough to be able to move our bags. I’m not sure we ever would have found the unit without her help. Including a video showing how to find the entry door from both the walking mall and from the nearby parking garage or alley would be extremely useful and helpful.
