“Super fun location, that made for a really fun 4th of July. Proximity to Fort Adams gave us the best vantage point for fireworks we could have had. House boat was very nicely made up for us, clean as could be. Comfortable bed, head was clean and functional. Water taxi was super convenient and easy to use, also allowed for awesome access to downtown Newport without needing to deal with cars or traffic. Fun to experience town from the perspective of a boater for once. Overall boat gave us...

“The house boat was so cute and fun! Everything super clean! The space was much more spacious then a traditional tiny home which was nice. The dock area was very secluded which was nice and private. I wish we could have spent more time on the boat but had other obligations!”

“The Patriot is a wonderful boat. Very clean. Definitely enough room for people to spread out a bit. The rental company is very responsive. It is located in probably the best location in Boston on the harbor near the ferries near the north end near some of the best lobster rolls in town. We had an amazing weekend during the tall ships. (didn’t hurt that the weather was perfect). The rooftop is terrific and plenty of space to just hang out. This is our first time using VRBO and we are delighted....

“DO NOT STAY HERE! It is like staying in a parking lot and the bathroom smells like a sewer. The three of us (all VRBO hosts) paid for three nights but left after one. We requested a partial refund, but were denied. We were unable to get the power working, so no lights, no phone chargers, no running water. The outdoor railings were not properly secured and the inside steps were not secured at all, making the entire boat unsafe. We were given water in a used container with no seal on the plastic...
