“Elevators was always a ride. Felt like it always 10 minutes to get up to our room. The hotel room itself was exactly as pictured. But there was a few things that we noticed was broken and or stained upon arrival. Thank God I took a video tour of the room when we finally got in. Because the owner tried to blame us for a burn mark in the masters bedroom on suite bathroom. Even tried to argue with me with one singular message response per day, drawn out for over a week. Even with me responding...

Once we got into the apartment it had all the amenities needed for our stay. There were a couple of hiccups with the AC and the refrigerator, however once I reached out to the property manager the response was super quick and they got a tech onsite to fix the issues next day. Communication was amazing throughout the stay with Marcello and the property...
