“The place is amazing, but service is terrible, from the check in lady (not very nice) to the understaffed restaurants, 1 hour waiting list for the non-reservation dinner one and a food (and personnel) shortage for the buffet breakfast…shame on a beautiful location.”

“Nice condo, in a beautiful setting with a deck near pine trees and wildlife. Check in was easy and the staff were very friendly. Shower drain was plugged and the kitchen was somewhat stocked but needed some way to heat water. They are duplexes so when someone is staying in an adjacent unit, the sounds come through quite a bit. Nice appliances in the kitchen. Nice amenities and tons of fun games to play at the lodge or back at the unit. Lots of hiking opportunities, some just a few minutes...
