“The condos are open and breezy. Perfect view of the pool. VERY close to public beaches, local L&L, groceries, etc. The unit is very clean. Full bath/shower, plenty of towels. There’s AC but windows so large you don’t actually need it. Full kitchen, even a dishwasher. It is gated access, with an attendant at the gate 24/7. “The hotel is good but the room we get has to many problems on the bathroom, The shower is very small and with very little water pressure it is very difficult to take showers, the sink was plugged and they took more the two days to fix it. we found out have cockroaches. The fridge was not working good. They don’t have service of recollection of garbage so we have to take care of it”

“If you want to stay somewhere in Kailua with onsite beach access, this is a great choice. Beautiful sunrises and a not so busy beach. It is also quiet and lovely to sleep to the sound of the waves crashing. There are some house rules you should ask the property manager before you book, and they are very easy going and full of Aloha. We would definitely stay again.”

“Very small room, felt like a hotel room. 2 ppl stayed in my group and it was very tight. Great location being close to the beach and a wonderful balcony. Hot water wasn’t working correctly during our stay. Great choice if you plan to spend very little time in the room. Bed was comfortable. ”
