“Upon arrival, we had 3 major issues, concerning the unit and our safety. Broken sink faucet, leaking dishwasher, and a broken cabinet that fell on my foot. These needed attention immediately. It was extremely difficult to find a live person to speak with. But eventually we got a live person, and they sent someone over right away (the next day) to fix them. After that, the amenities and location were ideal. We had a lovely stay, and enjoyed the place very much. We want to return next year. ...
