“The property nicely reflects the rural charm of the area. Full disclosure: it is literally at the end of the road which added privacy.The host can be reached in multiple ways although we didn’t have to because it was a hassle-free vacation. We used the property as base for our trips to Yosemite Valley and Half Dome/Glacier Point. Kitchen allowed us to cook breakfast and dinner before and after our day trips. “The place needs a thorough cleaning and all of the outdoor furniture needs to be replaced. You can’t even sit in several chairs b/c of the holes in the seats. There’s mold in bathroom, towels left in washer, and cobwebs everywhere. The silverware rack literally so many holes, it won’t hold anything. Instead of replacing they put sponges in bottom. Communication with host go unanswered. WiFi information is wrong and works intermittently. Only plus is location but for price, wish we would have...

While it's a bit of a drive to the valley and most of the primary trail heads, being inside the park prevents having to re-enter which was especially valuable during the summer of 2026. “This property is beautiful, located INSIDE Yosemite National Park! Jim was such a pleasure to communicate with and answered all questions promptly! This house has EVERYTHING! 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 washers with 2 dryers …. It was amazing! I even found a hair dryer, curling iron and first aid kit with a generous supply of bandaids ! You MUST stay here if you’re wanting to stay within the park ”
