“We go to Jamaica yearly for Reggae Month; this is the longest time I’ve stayed in Jamaica- an entire month. We normally stay in all-inclusive hotels, but this time we wanted to stay longer in a villa for a bit more privacy. Patiently waiting, the villa was everything. we expected and more. Chris, the manager, and Alvin, the owner, were the perfect hosts; we couldn't ask for any more, and the villa was perfect and great value for money. ”

“My son and I really enjoyed our stay at Kam's place. It was the perfect space with everything we needed for the time we were there. I love that he has a driver, Dre (who is amazing), and can pick up and drop off so I did not have to worry about that. Additionally, everyone on staff is very kind and helpful including the gate young man, both receptionists, and the cleaning person. ”

“We stayed at the Cottage for a period of 5 weeks, Jan. to Feb. 2025. The Cottage was cozy and the perfect size for a couple. We had everything we needed and there is a supermarket a 15 minute walk away. The Caretaker Chris is a great host and always ready to help when we needed it. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained.The beach is exactly a 5 minute walk away and the food at the beach restaurant is amazing. It was a very relaxing vacation.”

“Arrival date mix up. Would'nt correct or even allow me to pay an extra day because it was "Occupied" all though listing states that its 2 day disinfecting turn over. Also photo of property is misleading due to photo from up stairs makes you believe its a up and downstairs and that its bigger than actually is but in reality its just a bedroom. #Disappointment”

“This studio apartment is great! The neighbors were respectful. The landlord is very kind and considerate. He made sure we made a connection with someone to drive us about if that was what we wanted. He also called to check on us ever so often. As the studio is located in a residential area, this 'taxi' connection was very much needed and appreciated. We stayed for about a month and our time there was very restful and uneventful. I would recommend this studio to anyone looking for a quiet...

We had paid for an apartment at the nice Columbus Heights, but was reasigned due to Mngt admin error to a substandard room at Fisherman's Point.
