“Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by our host, Richard, and I felt right at ease. The property is adorable, clean and a great value for the money. The bed was extremely comfortable and I got very good rest as the property is very quaint and quiet. The walk into town is close and I was able to check out some beautiful vistas on the way. The next time I’m in Santa Fe I hope this place is available as I enjoyed the stay!!! Thank you Richard! ”

“The place was terribly cold when we arrived. Someone should come and set the thermostat 12 hours before check -in. This would also apply to summer guests, otherwise they would roast.There need to be instructions for both the thermostat.and the washer dryer. The vacuum cleaner was useless.”

(restaurants, venue, shopping, site seeing)The accommodations were exactly as described and pictured! Very spacious common areas to eat, play games and visit. “i loved staying in this cute little trailer. it had everything i needed and anytime i needed anything to be addressed jenifer responded diligently, which was greatly appreciated. the location felt like i was far removed from everything, and the night sky star gazing as well as sunrises were phenomenal! even though it felt far removed, everything "in town" was quick and easy to get to. i did not have a car so took lyfts and ubers and it was close enough that they were never expensive to get...
