Self check in but a number was given to contact owners if any issues.
Only downside , radiator which was working well stopped in the night and i woke up cold, however there was a spare blanket in the wardrobe.

“It's a pretty setting and the room was clean. They seemd a little short staffed and, although the food was good, the tables were dirty and (bizarrely) the host told us the half empty restuarant was 'fully booked'. When we saw many empty tables, we asked the bar tender if it would be possible to order food and he was happy to oblige! “According to the Expedia website, the property has a sauna. At the check-in desk, they said it has not been running for over 4 years because Expedia did not update their details. This was disappointing.
However, I messaged the property asking about it a couple of days after my arrival, but they never responded.

“We loved our stay at Hampton Manor. The rooms were so comfortable and the hotel is set in beautiful grounds. The most memorable part were the staff at the hotel. They went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and easy as possible. They had thought through all the details that make things extra special. We also asked for recommendations in Birmingham and Beth was incredibly helpful and we loved her lunch suggestion. We would love to return some day! Thank you Hampton Manor.”
