precious Bungalow for 4-6 persons with private pool and garden, quiet, with wifi Casa Aguaitos 2 is a nice and beautiful house, located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood in Barrio Nuevo.
This house is complimented by a private pool of 14 by 24 feet and is perfect for a comfortable, quiet and enjoyable holiday.
4 people fit comfortably in casa Aguaitos 1, which contain 2 bedrooms (1 x double- bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds)
The kitchen is fully equipped. It is a well built, large kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, stove, microwave, fridge with freezer and much more.
The living room has a comfortable couch which can be converted into a 1.40m bed for 2 extra people, dinner table, lovely fireplace and a TV which has Spanish spoken program. A shower and a toilet placed in a nice bathroom.
The roofed open terrace is equipped with lovely (rattan) furniture. Looking out into the garden is a nice barbecue, beachchairs and more garden furniture are also available.
There is also a nice and colourful garden due to the beautiful flowers planted.
Next to the casa Aguaitos 2 there is another house, casa Aguaitos 1, with similar characteristics and perfect for another family.
The entrances to both houses are through a rolling gate. Within the property parking places are available.
6 km or a 10 minute drive will get you to the next beautiful beaches.
**All beds, mattresses and pillows have been renewed in the year 2023. All of good quality and comfortable.

The price is for 4 people. For each additional person there is an extra charge of 10 EUR / day, with a maximum of 6 persons.
