    1st floor 2 bedrooms and large open kitchen/dinning/Family room area
    2nd floor 2 bedrooms and bath with overlooking balcony
    Outside large deck with grass area to hang out for yard fun
    1/4 mile from Bars,Restaurant, Beer Distributor,
    Winery and Beer Brewery are within 1 mile to 20 miles (10 Locations)
    Iroquois (IBC) and Midway Beach is 1/2 mile away on same side of the Lake
    Main Side Door has Code access for Late arrivals and Key Less Entry
    The House is Part of Hazel Park .. Front Porch is replaced 100% with New Composite Decking

Great for long weekend

Very clean and spacious, have stayed multiple times now, and look forward to going back.Had a great time tubing at Avalanche Xpress down the road.

Everything was as pictured. Randy was quick to respond with any questions. The house was just what we needed. The downstairs room was really nice. We stayed in the winter with lots of snow coming down so we didn't spend time outside. I can imagine lots of time enjoying the nice deck and grilling had we stated at a warmer time. Also there was plenty of parking.

Second great stay here!

This is our second time here and it was as good as the first stay. Clean, spacious, comfortable & nicely decorated. Short walk to the beach and plenty of parking

Immaculate house. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, great beds and linens. One of the best properties we have been to!

Winter Weekend Snow Tubing Trip

House is clean, large bedrooms, with plenty of parking in the driveway, and in a great location for a lake getaway. We always rent this property when using vrbo in Conneaut Lake.

Nice place to stay

We were here visiting family and this location was great for getting to their home. Plus, the lane nearby was beautiful. The house worked out great for us!

Great house with a great owner. Excellent location.

Excellent location for our group. We golfed and dined in and around Conneaut Lake. Place was exceptionally clean and well kept. Would highly recommend this house to others.

Another great time at the lake!

House is exceptionally clean and spacious. It is a perfect place for a nice getaway. The owner, Randy, is most accommodating and available should any issues arise. We highly recommend staying at this amazing house!

Great home, could have used a view extra blankets.

The house was great, clean, great location. A few extra little staples would have been great like sugar for coffee and an extra blanket - it was a chilly weekend. Overall it was a great experience and a great place to stay.

A place to stay.

We needed a place last minute to stay and it took care of that. Overpriced and too many rules. It was a decent place probably better in the summer with the lake close.

Great home

Our second time renting here. Perfect place with all the amenities and it’s a 4 bedroom which are hard to find. Had everything we needed for a great weekend and even nice fire pit to enjoy the nice weather.

Wedding Travel

The house was great for our large family (8 adults and 1 infant). We were in town for a wedding. Plenty of space at a great price - so much nicer than staying at a hotel. It rained a lot every day so we did not get to enjoy the outdoor spaces nor walk through the quiet neighborhood. The property was exactly as described on the VRBO page. Thanks for wonderful stay.
