I took a small “retreat” to the lake to do some relaxing, reading, and swimming. The condo was beautiful and clean, the bed was comfy, and the lake was literally right out the back door. I enjoyed watching ducks and blue herons, swimming in the complex pool, and reading on the patio. A little cardinal even started to work on a nest on the patio tree! Communication with the hosts was great. I highly recommend!

CLEAN! Well appointed. Relaxing. My wife and I were at Paradise Cove for 3 days - getting acquainted with our new Great-grandson (19 days old). Easy check in - Easy check out. We had everything we needed and more. The kitchen area was well appointed and had a good choice of coffees. The patio was within 25 feet of the shore line of the lake. Had a couple of ducks waddle up to check us out. There is a pleasant waterfall about 50 feet on down the shore line. Relaxing. Makes us wish we didn't have to go back to Kansas. Wanted to stay for more. EZ communications with the property owner who was very congenial and wanted to verify that our stay was enjoyable. Very nice selected wine and snacks for a welcoming gift. If you choose to stay here, you will not be disappointed. (The bed is very comfortable. And also a shower for two!)

We stayed here for three weeks and really enjoyed this condo. It was the perfect size for us as a couple and our dog. The view of the water will amaze you each time you enter the living room. The condo is equipped with a lot of handy items. Beautiful shower and laundry in the bathroom. The neighborhood was very quiet and walkable. The only thing we would change would be to have some better cookware, otherwise the stay was perfect.Our dog is still angry at us for making her leave her happy place watching the ducks from the living room.

We were in town for a planned visit to the area to scope out what it might be like to live here, and this property was a great example. Clean, well decorated, and gorgeous views. The owner was very responsive. Bed was a little hard but we got used to it. All around a great place.

The condo was very relaxing for our family of 4. The couch pull out is really comfortable, everything we needed was available. The back patio was a great little hang out and the view was great. The owner went out of his way to accommodate us and was very pleasant when we delt with him. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights at this location. The property was very conveniently located and had easy access to all amenities. We had a couple minor issues during our stay, but the owner was quick to respond and help. We will have to come back another time when the weather is cooperating.

Stunning views and they even have the best online manual for everything about the home & the area. We fished right off the patio area & were able to work with the WiFi on other days. We did not make it to the workout facility, but the street up to the yacht club has some shade for nice runs & walks. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall my stay was amazing, it was nothing less then i expected it to be! Was very impressed with the professionalism of the guide packet as soon as you walk through the door, literally answered any questions i could think of having before even asking. Communication nonetheless between the host was amazing aswell very fast. I got to see clear sky’s which was a beautiful and so peaceful and also a thunder storm through the glass door just looking out at the lake with a movie running in the background was just as gorgeous!! Very calm environment everything was there that i needed and even the stores or restaurants weren’t too far at all, Walmart is literally less then 10mins away! The shower was amazing and the bed was even better!!! 10/10 would recommend and stay again!

I was looking for a relaxing place for a getaway with a water view, and this was just what I had in mind. Clean, comfortable, and with plentiful amenities, plus great communication from my hosts. There was even a small "waterfall" just off the deck!

Two of our adult kids live near Conroe. We came to celebrate them and to enjoy time on the lake. We met some wonderful people around the property that live there full time. We got to see a certified mermaid making a video on the water as well as planes landing on lake Conroe. The planes were filling up with water to help control a forrest fire that was in the area. Most of all we got to spend time with our kids and some family members. This place had everything you could possibly need to cook a full meal and feel like home. The drawers were lined and organized, light switched were label, instructions were thorough, and the house had a fun vibe. The owners even left a gift as well as had their picture in the home for you to see them. Alexia was in a few rooms so music could stream. We never turned on the TVs, because you can step out the back sliding glass door and what a live tv- people on the water and events happening. It was lovely!
