“Staff was super helpful and upgraded our room at no extra cost when we arrived. Not around much but was great still for our stay”

“The rooms and hallways smell of cigarettes. You’ll get used to it. The hotel is beautiful, great breakfast, lots of options for eating nearby. The fitness area is modest, a few cardio machines, free weights, mats. The staff were okay. Take your translator. Behind the hotel is a lovely canal, great for walking or just sitting.

“Genial”

“Clean, spacious room. Housekeeping staff was attentive to our needs. The staff knew enough English for check in and to store our luggage after check out, but were not overly helpful (did not tell us about the amenities/services at the hotel, did not offer to help with car service, etc). Very close to M10.”

“Breakfast was excellent. Many choices. Property was clean and sufficient. Staff friendly. Will definitely come back.”

“Hotel poco practico y algo antiguo.
