Malìa Holiday Villa was born from the desire to create a place where guests can enjoy every comfort, far from their daily routine and immersed in an atmosphere that allows them to escape reality. Its strategic location places it just 3 km from the magical town of Conversano, well known for its historical and artistic treasures, including its imposing Aragonese Castle, yet at the same time very close to the enchanting Polignano a Mare with its coastline and famous caves, the vast beaches of Monopoli, as well as Cisternino, Locorotondo, and Ostuni—the jewels of our beloved Puglia.<br>The interior features three double bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a spacious living area. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed. There is also a laundry area and a spacious pantry. Appliances include a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and a 55-inch TV. <br>Wi-Fi is completely free, and the property is equipped with heating and cooling in all rooms, which feature thermal windows to maintain the most comfortable temperature<br>Outside, the grounds are vast and feature a private swimming pool for exclusive use, a garden, outdoor showers, a barbecue, and a large private indoor parking lot equipped with an automatic gate.<br>Video surveillance is provided in non-private areas.
