“We loved this stay! Erica and David were responsive and easy to work with. Their home was beautiful and exactly as advertised (which surprisingly isn’t always the case with rentals). We’ve stayed in many places that didn’t live up to pictures and were so glad this one did. Check in was easy, check out was easy. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Home was not clean on arrival. Host asked us to leave and come back due to a late checkout. Came back 4 hours later (8pm local time now). House was now reasonably clean for the time the cleaner could spend. I talked to the host and they agreed to waive the cleaning fee.We went to clean up dishes after a later dinner. “Overall, I’d give this property 3 out of 5 stars. The home itself is spacious, and the large, comfortable couch made it easy for our family to gather. We also appreciated having a gated property, which made us feel more secure during our stay.Unfortunately, there were a few disappointments that impacted our experience. The home was not as clean as we expected upon arrival. The biggest issue, however, was the game room. We specifically chose this property to celebrate our son’s 16th birthday...

“Property never read or replied to my massage and I continent feel comfortable checking in at the property late without speaking to somebody and I did inform the property that if I needed to check in by a certain time that I can take an uber up there to do so, but I just never heard back. And it is not stated when you're making a reservation hat you can check in after 4pm but before 1130 pm if I would have known that when booking it, I wouldn't have booked it”
