“Location was great. Lovely hotel. Staff were on the whole helpful. Beautiful grounds and views. Food and service was good. Room was a little small.”

“Room was beautiful and spa was amazing and relaxing. Welcoming staff when we checked in but our only issue was that the room was absolutely freezing. We tried to get the heating to work but didn’t and when we told the hotel staff they sent maintenance but did not actually fix it. This obviously put a dampener on the experience but other than that I would stay again as long as they fix their air con/heating”

“We loved our stay at White O Morn cottage. It was cozy and comfortable. The owner has curated a vast collection of charming, witty, playful and musical items that we enjoyed. The working fireplace was a delight on a rainy morning. The owner was very responsive for a minor adjustment. We were able to park on the street. The cottage is proximal to walkable Conwy. We would recommend this lovely cottage to others and would definitely book again.”

“In need of complete renovation carpets were stained, kitchen floor tiles were very cracked and a hazard, top oven not working and cooker rusty utensils and kitchen pans were in need of cleaning. Curtains were mouldy with black mould. Overall very disappointing.”

“The cottage was a real home from home, very clean and had everything we needed. It has some nice personal touches and the best info book we have seen. We have never stayed anywhere that provided all the kitchenware, utensils and foil, clingfilm, kitchen roll, toilet roll etc. so that was a nice surprise. Plenty of plates, glasses etc. Definitely not the bare minimum you sometimes find. The pantry had salt, pepper, oil etc. Tea, coffee and sugar was provided. It was a nice touch to find some...

“We spent a lovely night at this beautiful shepherd’s hut. It was perfect, the view was delightful, we sat outside enjoying it with our morning cup of tea after a night’s sleep that was only interrupted by the call of an owl. The only thing to have improved our stay would have been some fresh milk in the fridge on arrival with which to make our tea. We would recommend a stay here. ”

“Three of us had a wonderful long weekend spent lounging in front of the large window over looking the estuary and exploring the surrounding area on foot--the coastal path just around the corner offers wonderful strolls to Llandudno and Conwy. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking dinners after we returned from exploring and the bedrooms and bathrooms were cozy, clean, and quiet. ”

“Unfortunately we didn't meet the host but we were very impressed by the amount of thought that he/she has put in to make it a very welcome apartment for summer visitors. Just about every possible requirement has been catered for, and with very good quality furnishings, facilities & fittings. Thank you. Could do with a coat rack in the hall, but that's a minor niggle. It is a very spacious apartment, lovely for summer holidays but not so easy to heat in winter.”
