“This condo was great for what my family needed. Best part was it came with a boat slip making exploring Lake Pend Oreille super convenient. We ended up parking our boat trailer at a friend’s house tho. The location is excellent. Beds were comfortable. We spent most of our days & evening out on the lake so no AC wasn’t a big deal & it cools down nicely at night. ”

“Loved this condo! We’ve tried a few and this was our favorite by far… Mountain biking trails begin at the end of the driveway, kids loved the bunks, big living room and dining area. This was probably the cleanest mountain condo we’ve stayed in. The shuttle service was a great perk for getting us back up the mountain after riding down. Nothing but good things to say about our experience… Book here and be happy!”

True waterfront with amazing views, comfortable beds, plenty of space, and amenities just as described - all within easy walking distance of downtown Sandpoint. Great home base for all our adventures. Property is well maintained and very clean. Easy access to lake, pool, hot tub, running trails, City Beach, etc. Highly recommend! ”
