    76 Baseball Apartment - DOWNTOWN COOPERSTOWN - Convenient location to all that the Village of Cooperstown has to offer. A short walk to the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Main Street where there are plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. Walk to town, grab some sandwiches and enjoy them at lakefront park overlooking the crystal clear waters of Otsego Lake. The grocery store is also very convenient, walkable, or just a short drive.

    This apartment is part of a large historic Victorian home in the Cooperstown Village, a nod to times of the past with modern updates. Updated in Spring 2021, freshly painted, new appliances, and new furnishings. This cute village apartment is a great way to enjoy Cooperstown NY with convenience and ease.

    Located on the first floor with a beautiful private front porch perfect for enjoying the morning sun. Inside this cozy space, there is an efficient kitchen with laundry, as well as a comfortable living room. Beautiful original woodwork, hardwood floors, and large windows showcase craftsmanship from long ago. A true Cooperstown Classic.

    Enjoy the large open yard and barbecue grill as you unwind after a long day of exploring the area. There is off-street parking for one car.

Perfect in every way!

The host and his family were very welcoming and helpful, the property was clean, convenient to the downtown area, the front porch was wonderful, a great place to relax.

Great location and apt!

We had a very nice time staying here! The apartment is in a great location, just a short walk to downtown. The apartment is spacious, had good wifi, and the hosts were very nice and helpful too.

Perfect for small baseball loving families

Really cool baseball themed space that is great for smaller families that travel a little light like we do. The location is excellent, being just minutes from everything. If this is available, book it! Also, the pizza place across the street is amazing. Great pizza and huge subs!

76 Baseball Apartment is the perfect location for visiting Cooperstown! It was a very easy, quick walk to restaurants, shopping and the Hall of Fame. Having a dedicated parking space at the apartment was also convenient. The apartment was clean and better than the pictures! The front porch was a great place to spend time, too. We loved our stay at Pete’s place and would highly recommend it to others!!

Great place, walking distance from downtown

Cute little place with comfy bed & pullout. Great baseball themes with just about everything you'd need for a trip to the Hall of Fame. Pete was very accommodating, and the location can't be beat! We were able to walk to downtown whenever we wanted.

Perfect location!

Such a cute and quaint apartment with ALL the amenities! My son and I stayed during his brother’s tournament, and we really enjoyed ourselves. The owner was extremely nice! It’s the perfect location - with an easy walk into town and a quick drive to Dreams Park.

Great apartment

Cute baseball-themed apartment in walking distance to the Hall of Fame and all of downtown Cooperstown attractions. The apartment was clean and attached to a beautiful Victorian house. The owners were friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity.

Lovely Stay in Cooperstown

The baseball apartment had everything we needed for an unforgettable stay in Cooperstown. We appreciated the location and the baseball touches that made our visit unique. Location, location, location!

This place was perfect for me and my daughter to stay while my husband and son stayed at Dreams Park. It was a quick, easy ride to the ballpark and beautiful, short walk to all the shops, restaurants, and Hall of Fame located on the Main Street. We loved sitting on the front porch and the “main character” vibes the house and town gave off! Owners were super friendly and everything we needed was provided!

Suited our needs

Location is perfect. It is small, especially the shower. Pete responded promptly when needed for a few questions. Must go to Hawkeye Bar & Grill, best burgers we ever had, smash and steakhouse being the favorite of the two. Toscana is excellent for an italian dinner. Baseball hall of fame and museums, all close by and enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at the Baseball Apartment. Reasonable rate, clean, and comfortable. Close to everything. Hosts were very responsive. Pete’s immediate attention to an unexpected minor inconvenience puts him in the outstanding host category. You will be pleased if you stay here.

Great Cooperstown Stay!

Stayed six nights in this great Cooperstown baseball apartment in May of 2023. Super nice owners offered anything we might need, but we needed nothing. Nice walk to downtown and the Baseball Hall of Fame. Highly recommend!

Amazing!

This apartment couldn’t have been more perfect. My husband was coaching and my son was playing so I was alone for the week. The apartment is adorable, the hosts are amazing, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. I hope that if I ever make it back this space will be available again!

A home run!

My friend and I had a wonderful time in Cooperstown and this sweet place make it perfect. Peter & MJ are terrific hosts and are so friendly and accommodating. The apartment is an easy walk to the village center, the lakeshore, and beautiful neighborhoods. It was comfortable, clean, and all that the two of us needed. Thank you! It was an ideal half way spot between Buffalo and Hartford so now my friend and I have a great place to meet for a weekend getaway.
