Cute little house! They definitely made the most out of their space to accommodate. Paper goods tea coffee linen was included. They had a cute basket with some snacks in there for the kids so they were excited. Excellent location especially if your kid is playing in Cooperstown! Pool is a community pool but my other children had a blast when we had time to use it. TVs in all rooms with Roku! Internet service is provided. I would highly recommend

Often you don't get to meet the host in person, however, this time we had that opportunity. This makes all the difference. They were very friendly and customer focused. Before we arrived, I had asked the host if there was firewood for the firepit and he said no. However, when we arrived, Roland went out of his way to purchase bundles for us. The pool was fantastic, very clean and huge and although there are two other rentals on the property, we had the pool all to ourselves. The great thing about this property was the ease of getting to Dreams Park and to downtown Cooperstown. Very centrally located. Another positive about this property is that if you have several families, this would be an ideal location because there are three houses on the property. Thank you for the opportunity.
