Amazing view

The house was nice and accommodated all of us. The view was amazing, I love watching the waves. We would stay here again. It was a short drive to ocean shores.

The rooms are always adequate. Been there several times before. Looks like they may be adding a room! Yay! But the dishwasher was missing its top rack… lots of dishes by hand

Cozy Beach House

This home was perfect for a family getaway. Easy walk to the beach. The kids love the walk and returning home to the warm fireplace. The home was really clean and had all the amenities we needed. We look forward to returning.

Perfect getaway!

This was our children’s first experience at the ocean and this was the perfect getaway. We had the beach to ourselves, and enjoyed watching local wildlife from the spacious living room and open windows. We saw deer, a bear, and lots of birds! We will be returning, and hope to make this our annual beach trip spot.

Private beach house

This was a nice home, very secluded and private. The beach is a bit farther of a walk than anticipated from the photos, but we just tried to coordinate our trips and bathroom breaks. So lovely to walk through the tall grassy dunes, and have the beach almost entirely to ourselves!

Gorgeous House with an Amazing View

What a beautiful property. The view was amazing. Loved all the windows and the beautiful deck. A 8-10 minute walk to a glorious beach with very few people. No crowds here! Very spacious with all the things we needed (although would have loved an electric can opener and a bit more TP). We had a great time and will come back.

Summer Family Reunion

After getting through the first 24 hours, which included trying to track down towels, garbage bags and sheets, it was a great trip. Vacasa did come through the next day and made it right, so I appreciate the follow through. Best outdoor deck with view and super comfy beds! Walk to the beach is manageable and drive to town is about 15 minutes. Kitchen is well stocked, but bring extra TP, PT, trash bags, dish pods and laundry detergent, as they only give you one. Great layout for large families!

When we arrived, we found the stove not working. We had a replacement stove in an hour and 1/2. Now that is service.

Outlets on right side of kitchen do not work. Toaster is on its way out. There are some flying ants or wasps flying into the crack of the beam on the right side of the deck. Did not see them exit so may be building a nest. Wish the beach access was a little better. Overall we liked it quite a bit. Biggest drawback was beach access.

Check-in went well, very long code to figure out how to type into the keypad, but it worked. The house is a little dated but comfortable, and it had most of the basics we needed. The kitchen could be better equipped with a few more utensils/cooking basics, and definitely need more kitchen hand towels. We used the grill two nights to cook up some fresh seafood, which was enjoyable. Wifi access worked well, which was good, because we had zero cell reception on Verizon. Great access to the beach, about a 3-5 minute walk down a short trail, a bridge to cross a creek, and then walk out onto the sand. We were nearly the only ones on the beach! The view is fantastic, and we really enjoyed the open living space. Lots of games in the game cabinet too which was nice. Most of the beds were comfortable, except for the room with the single queen - it was quite squeaky and not super comfortable. But the kings and twin beds were nice. All-in-all it was a great stay - with a few minor improvements it would be perfect. Would come back! Thank you.

Nice view, lacking supplies

Love the view and short wander to the beach. Upstairs of the home is nice, downstairs bath is pretty old and gross. We had a great time as a family. We were left with no laundry detergent or trash bags. Took awhile for them to be delivered. Microwave does not work and didn’t upon arrival so we notified them immediately. Vacasa vacation homes promised multiple times to fix this and nothing ever happened. Of course we made due but we had multiple food items to heat up and couldn’t. It’s also a problem when you promise to deliver and do not. We have talked about coming back to this area but will most likely be looking for a different home to rent.

Lovely family house with a great view

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is spacious and clean, with nice furniture and comfortable beds. The views to the beach are outstanding, and there is good beach access via a bridge and trail. Supplies were somewhat minimal, so be sure to bring your own dishwasher detergent. Ditto for kitchen towels and hot pads!

Great house and walk to the water

This was a great place if you’re looking for a house where you have a view and can walk to the water! It was so fun for myself and my friends as a couples getaway. There isn’t good reception but the wifi worked great. There were a few things that didn’t work that we messaged about when we got there but nothing huge and definitely didn’t effect our time. Would stay again!!

Will not stay here again

First off we are still waiting on the cleaning fee which we were told we would get refunded for the property not being cleaned. My husband & one of the couples got there before I did with another couple. He took pictures of the trash cans in the house completely full with garbage still on the kitchen counters. The bed in the master bedroom looked like someone had just slept in it. I proceeded to tell my husband "so what are we suppose to sleep on the sheets that someone else slept on without being washed". There was no toilet paper or paper towel upstairs. We also didn't have any towels upstairs. The master bathroom wasn't cleaned either. I had gotten a text from the property I believe it was 30 min after the check in time asking how the cleanliness of the property was & I explained & they replied asking for pics which I sent all the pics my husband took. Then I received a phone call from one of the managers and so I gave the phone to my husband because he was the one who got their first and took pictures. They said they can send someone over and we said yes right away. We can't leave our guests without essentials and the house was full of trash and we didn't want to sleep on the same sheets someone else slept on without being washed. They had a girl come about a little over an hour after we got off the phone. She changed the sheets, cleaned the bathroom & took the trash out from the kitchen and left a bag full of toilet paper and paper towel. I felt very embarrassed for my guests. To have someone come in and clean stuff that should have already been done before we got there while we are setting up to celebrate my birthday. It sucks.. and we are still waiting on the refund of the cleaning fee.
