The apartment is located in the charming and peaceful Frederiksstaden district, between the King's Garden (Kongens Have) and Nyboder. Within just a few minutes by bicycle, you can reach central Copenhagen and attractions such as The Little Mermaid, Amalienborg Palace, the Round Tower, Rosenborg Castle, and many more.

The neighborhood is delightful, with a cozy local atmosphere, including playgrounds and small cafés just around the corner.

The apartment overlooks the beautiful, historic Nyboder district and is surrounded by renovated historic buildings and picturesque courtyards.

The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor. As the surrounding buildings are relatively low, the apartment enjoys plenty of natural sunlight throughout most of the day, making it bright and welcoming.

The apartment is approximately 77 m² and consists of the following rooms: entrance hall, kitchen, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, children's bedroom, dining room, combined living room/bedroom, and a lovely balcony that enjoys sunshine throughout the day and into the evening.

Out of consideration for the other residents of the building, the apartment is available for a maximum of two adults. A baby may be accommodated upon prior agreement. Please note that quiet hours apply after 10:00 PM, both inside the apartment and in outdoor areas. Smoking and pets are not permitted.

The property features a small, charming old-style courtyard with cobblestones, flower beds, and plenty of tables and benches.
