Free WiFi access, a Flat screen TV/DVD player, a cozy Gas Fireplace, and a Dining Space. Full sized Kitchen and a breakfast bar that opens into the Living Room; perfect for entertaining. Community Laundry Facilities and Heated Indoor Parking complete the many amenities offered for guests of the building. Big Condo with great view of the mountain!
Condo had everything you would need. We bought a new blender for the kitchen, enjoy. The walk to the hill is not bad at all. And what a great mountain. The little covered patio is great for morning coffee and sunsets. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was a hit. Upon arrival the condo was extremely clean and very welcoming. The condo has been remodeled and was done well. Decorated perfectly and very well equipped with good knives, pots and pans, and nice dishes and all appliances you can need.

Amazing spacious condo, beautiful view from enclosed balcony and comfortable beds!
We had a wonderful week long stay as a family of 4. This condo is quite more spacious than our comparison experience in Passage Point. We loved the outdoor balcony area which has a heater and is fun to water the snow groomers at night while sipping hot chocolate. Beds were VERY comfortable, kitchen well stocked, good sized lockers downstairs. Hot tub is indoors and we did not use but is available when you stay. Fireplace inside works great and heats the condo quickly. We did have to contact the office during our stay and they were extremely fast to come to our condo and help us out then checked in regularly thereafter. Wonderful - we will definitely look to come back again in the future!

Great place, continue the upgrades!
This place is perfect for my family. I'd love to see the continued improvements it seems the owners are making inside. Everything is very nice except for the kitchen cabinet doors. They are in desperate need of repair. This did not impact our stay, it would just be a nice touch. Also perhaps a little nicer bathroom amenities, such as bigger soaps and hair conditioner. Regardless, we'll definitely try to rebook this room again in the near future!

We had a great stay at this condo. Everything about it was exactly as described and the accommodations were perfect. The location is excellent, with a short walk to the Copper Village bus route and easy access to the Center Village gondola. The condo itself is very well designed and nicely decorated, and everything was in great working condition. When we come back to Copper, this is the only place we will stay.

This is our favorite unit, mostly because of the outside balcony. West Lake Lodge is a great location; we love the elevated unit, great views. Copper Vacations always accommodates our needs, great and small, and the representatives in their office are always super friendly. We've been staying with them for 9 years now and feel like they are family.

Had a great time while at Copper Mountain. You are right behind the skate pond in center village. We were able to see American Eagle lift from our windows and the New Year's Eve fireworks. Overall I thought we had plenty of space for 5 adults. The fold out sofa was not comfortable so be prepared if you sleep on it. It's too thin. The Queen beds in the room were comfortable. The fireplace must be new because when it was lit, it had a weird smell. Dishwasher wasn't working when we were there. Lots of pots and pans. 2 different kinds of coffee makers and a crockpot available. There is no vent over the oven and the smoke detector is very close to the kitchen. We cooked our bacon and sausage in the oven to not smoke the apartment but somehow still set it off. Super easy check in and check out. Staff was also EXTREMELY nice people.

The place was great. View was amazing, quiet, peaceful, and it had nice energy. But the thing that made this rental amazing was Copper Vacations. They went above an beyond. No vacation rental company ever cares like these guys do. If you can rent from them I highly suggest you do. These guys are tops!

Nice location- lots of small things need attention.
The fireplace didn't work. We called the office and followed their directions but it still didn't work. The DVD player worked but the remote would not allow us to actually play the movie. The sink in the bathroom drained slowly. The outlets in the bedroom are so loose my cell phone cord couldn't stay plugged in so I had to charge it in the kitchen. The double bed squeaked so much that when one of us got up in the night it woke the other. And they do not provide shampoo. They provide soap but not shampoo! We came back from skiing to get ready for a nice dinner and couldn't wash our hair. I understand not providing lotion or other niceties but shampoo is a must!
These things made our stay much less enjoyable than it should have been.

I have zero complaints about our stay here. We were able to walk to the slopes and come back at lunch to eat and relax. The unit itself was clean and fit 4 people comfortably. I will definitely stay with Copper Vacations again!

Wonderful views and location. Condo had a few issues.
Location location location!! Wonderful views of half pipe, could watch from the porches. Never had to worry about clean towels, always brought fresh towels and toilet paper. We didn’t have a kitchen rag, and the stove front burner didn’t work. When we arrived at the condo the refrigerator door was left open so it was not cold and we were headed to grocery store. Maintenance came right away and let us know it would cool down. Carpet could use a scrubbing it has stains. Overall it was a great condo for the four of us that rented it!!!
