Bear Den | Full Kitchen Cabin Near Laurel River Lake & Cumberland Falls

Escape to Bear Den, a cozy woodland cabin just minutes from Laurel River Lake and Cumberland Falls. Tucked among the trees at Laurel Lake Cabins, Bear Den offers a peaceful retreat with easy access to boating, fishing, hiking, and the best outdoor adventures southeastern Kentucky has to offer.

This studio-style cabin comfortably sleeps up to four guests with a queen-size bed and a full-size pullout sofa, making it a great choice for couples, friends, or small families. While Bear Den does not overlook the pond, it's only a short walk away, allowing you to enjoy the tranquil setting without being directly on the water.

The cabin features a full kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, and essentials for preparing meals during your stay.

Please note that Bear Den is a lower-level cabin located beneath another rental unit. While the cabin has its own private entrance, guests may occasionally hear normal sounds from the upper unit. We believe being upfront about this helps ensure the best experience for everyone.

Traveling with family or friends? Bear Den is one of four cabins at Laurel Lake Cabins. Larger groups can also reserve nearby Dragonfly Retreat, Butterfly Nook, and Moose Lodge, allowing everyone to stay together while enjoying their own private space.

For guest safety and property security, exterior cameras are located at the front door, driveway, and around the pond. These cameras record video and may include audio (such as a smart doorbell). No cameras are present inside any cabin.
