Close to Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough, Market Harborough, and Peterborough. Good beds, showers, wifi. Quiet, safe area. Shops nearby. Pragmatic note: This house is a home, not a commercial hotel and it isn’t perfect.
The good news is we’re not expecting a perfect house back. Having said that please look after as best you can.
To manage expectations there will/may be odd personal items left, maybe leftover things like condiments (left for your convenient) etc etc.
Life, kids, people, pets etc create wear and tear will leave clues of their enjoyment in the house despite our best endeavours to the contrary.
We accept this as Airbnb life and you should too.
If this isn’t for you, that’s fine maybe a hotel is a better option. However, my expectation would you cancel before you stay. 😉
