Located on the ground floor, it has direct street access, making it convenient for all guests. The layout is ideal for accommodating up to 6 people, with a well-distributed space that promotes both privacy and togetherness.
The patio and pool are shared with the other accommodation in the building.
The pool is small and not heated. It is also shared with the rest of the accommodation in the building. Not available all year, only in the summer season.
It has air conditioning (split) only in the room that has the truckle bed.
The air conditioning works by aerothermia and releases cold and hot. We recommend that the temperature of the accommodation does not depress 22ºC.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover
In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.
Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.
We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
Walking through the residential areas with swimming pools in swimwear or without clothing is strictly forbidden. Appropriate attire is required at all times.
