The penthouse is distributed on the same floor with 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with shower + washbasin + wc + built-in bidet in the same room, one bedrooms with two single beds in each bedroom, in the hallway there is a another bathroom with bathtub + sink + wc + bidet. You will also find on the same floor a large living room + dining room equipped with TV and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, dishes and kitchenware.

From the living room there is access to a terrace on the upper floor from where you can enjoy as you wish, sunbathing on loungers available for it and then take a refreshing shower, have snacks in the space prepared with chairs and tables, contemplate the Guadalquivir River in its path, etc.

The attic is fully air-conditioned with hot / cold air conditioning, all beds will have duvets, sheets, towels and amenities, you will also enjoy fiber internet connected to the Router or through Wifi throughout the establishment.

The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood surrounded by gardens, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, a bus stop, and it is not difficult to park your vehicle in the surroundings and safely. At a walking distance of about 15 - 20 minutes you will be enjoying the Historic Center of our city and all its charms.



Rules and Conditions:



- First of all, enjoy Córdoba very much. - Arrival time can be from 4:00 p.m. (check before booking, possibility of arriving earlier)

- The departure time must be before 11:00 maximum.- Arrival after 20:00, check availability. Arrivals are not accepted later than 1:00 am- Presentation of passports and/or National Identity Document through our application for the transmission of data to the National Police of Spain. Mandatory by Law.- Responsible use of electricity.- No smoking inside the apartment.- Do not leave the keys in the door lock from the inside. In the event that the keys are left on and we cannot enter, the urgent locksmith service will be charged (€150).- Loss of apartment keys. The amount of the copies of the same will be charged.- Lost objects. The company will not be responsible for forgotten objects in the apartment that are not found by our cleaning staff. Check well before leaving the apartment.- Respect rest schedules of neighbors. From 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. Do not cause noise disturbance.- Pets are not allowed.- Parties or events are not allowed.
