Amplia Villa con maravillosas vistas, en la tranquila Ubicación

Una hermosa villa construida en un lugar elevado con hermosa montaña y vistas al mar junto con la tranquilidad del campo. Dentro de unos pocos minutos a pie se encuentra el pequeño pueblo de Stavros de la Municipalidad Achilleion. Esta área, que es al margen del turismo, ofrece algunos maravillosos paseos donde se puede ver más vistas únicas de la isla. Esta propiedad cuenta con todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones relajantes y tiene la ventaja de estar a sólo 20 minutos en coche de la ciudad de Corfú y el aeropuerto. Fantastic Villa in beautiful mountains with breathtaking views.

Fantastic spacious extremely well catered for Villa. The views are better than the photos. Alex and Jane were so attentive and professional regarding any issues we raised. Lovely hosts. We loved returning from unspoilt beaches to relax and take in the peace of the mountains in the villa. We ate 3 times at the local Taverna. Cheap and delicious Greek food. We would definitely recommend to families or groups of friends who want rural beauty and a very high standard villa. Thank you so much Alex and Jane

A Perfect Family Getaway in the Heart of Corfu

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable holiday villa for a relaxing two-week vacation. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the fantastic pool area. With stunning views that stretched out over Corfu town and beyond. The kids, in particular, were enchanted by the pool and it was a daily struggle to convince them to leave. Whether it was watching landscape over the town or simply basking in the sun during the day, the pool area quickly became the heart of our vacation. The villa itself was immaculately clean and tastefully furnished, it immediately felt like a home away from home. Nestled in the mountains, the location of the villa was a perfect for us. It transported us to the authentic charm of Greece, with its traditional architecture and breathtaking landscapes. The feeling of being surrounded by the natural beauty of the region was a priceless gift, and it was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of our daily lives. Fantastic Villa

Gorgeous and unique home which provided a lovely place for a holiday

Jane and Alex's Villa is a true oasis with a feeling of peace, space, comfort and breathtaking views over the pool to the hills and sky all the way down to Corfu Town, the sea, and the hills of Albania beyond. Jane and Alex are attentive and kind hosts who made themselves available for any questions or concerns but also gave us a complete feeling of safety and privacy while occupying their lovely home. There are all easy-to-use mod cons, quality linens, household items and tools for their guests' use. Tea, milk and fruit were thoughtfully provided for our arrival and there is a guest guidebook full of helpful tips and suggestions to enjoy the immediate surroundings as well as for the entire island. The pool is especially well-maintained and easy to enjoy. The location is ideal for visiting many island destinations and a relief to return to each time. Our entire family loved our first trip to Corfu and promise to return!

Lovely relaxing holiday

This is a large villa set over three floors in a quiet location only a 15 minute drive from Corfu town. The views are fantastic from all three terraces, with an inviting swimming pool and a wonderful garden, with plants and flowers all the way around the villa. The owners did their best to make us feel at home, and gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and beaches. I would also recommend Yaliskari beach and Yaliskari tavern a 25 minute drive away. Thoroughly recommended.

Lovely villa

The villa is spacious, comfortable, very well-equipped, and with a gorgeous terrace/pool area (with its own fridge!) Jane and Alex could not have been more welcoming or helpful. We had a lovely time, and would happily go back. Thank you!

Fantastic holiday!!

We have just come back from the most wonderful 2 weeks staying at Jane and Alex’ beautiful home. It really is the most idyllic spot, and I think our comments really just follow previous reviews, as it really was faultless. The views from the property are breathtaking and with the different terraces on each level, we enjoyed meals at different levels each day whilst watching the swallows swooping by day and bats by night, listening to the sound of the cicadas in the trees and the goat bells ringing down the hill. Our first days visit to the bakery was one we will never forget, stepping back in time watching the baker drawing these exquisite fresh loaves from his wood fired bread oven along with freshly made Greek pastries, the spinach ones are particularly recommended! We also loved our visits to Stekis taverna, just a 2 minute stroll down the road, where we always received a really warm welcome and enjoyed sitting watching the world go by. The property is in such a great location and very easy to get to some fantastic sandy beaches on the west coast. Our favourites were Agios Gordis and a rather off the beaten track one at Kanouli, both had the most amazing turquoise blue seas and brilliant for snorkelling. Jane and Alex were the most fantastic hosts, so warm and welcoming and literally had everything covered at the house you could possibly wish for. They were so happy to help with anything and had lots of advice on where to go, and it really was an absolute pleasure to meet them, and enjoy a beer with Alex by the pool! The swimming pool is absolutely spotlessly clean and looks amazing at night when lit up. We loved all the games upstairs and our daughter I think had exhausted every card in Articulate and Tension by the end of the holiday! 😊 We hope to return in the future and honestly, we could not recommend this property any more highly, it has been difficult coming home!! Schönes Haus mir überragender Aussicht

Das Haus ist zwar schon etwas älter und manche Einrichtungsgegenstände sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen es ist aber nichts kaputt und alles funktioniert. Der Pool ist einfach ein Traum und für niemanden einsehbar. Ein Mietwagen ist zwingend notwendig aber die Lage ist relativ Zentral gelegen so dass man z.B. in die Stadt 30 Minuten fährt, oder nach Paleokastritsa 45 Minuten. Die Besitzer selber wohnen in der Stadt, sind immer zu erreichen und super Hilfsbereit.

Fabulous villa and a wonderful welcome!

As a family of 4 with two teenage boys we found this villa to exceed all our hopes. It is extremely spacious and well maintained. There are lovely views from all floors and the pool area is perfect. Alex and Jane were helpful before the holiday even began; providing details about hire car companies and the best places for boat hire. They were there to welcome us on arrival and they even came to say goodbye at the end of the holiday. There was a fantastic welcome pack, in fact don’t have any last minute panics that you might have forgotten to pack enough books or toiletries - Alex and Jane have thought of everything! You will definitely enjoy a holiday in this villa!

Lovely mountainside property with great views

A really lovely house, with great amenities (TV, Netflix), air-conditioning in the bedrooms and well-stocked kitchen with ample dishwasher tablets, bin bags, herbs etc (which is unusual but very welcome). Situated up the mountain, about 10 mins drive in quiet isolated splendour, Local bakery 5 mins up road. Easy access to both sides of island. Alex and Jane very helpful in putting us in touch with boat hire company in Corfu town (a lot cheaper than the one we found in Benitses).

A real home from home with amazing scenery and great pool!

We arrived to a lovely warm welcome from Jane and Alex, the villa was just perfect for us, with all the amenities needed for a family of five and lots of thoughtfull touches which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We all enjoyed the pool which was crystal clear and has great views accross the island (and also has a shower for rinsing off) and the games room with its open balcony makes for a perfect evening under the stars with the sounds of wildlife all around. We found the villa location just right for us, we had a hire car and found it easy to visit nearby beeches, restaurants and Corfu town. Parking our hire car in the villa garage to stay nice and cool! Alex and Jane were so helpful, leaving contact numbers for us if we needed (which we didn’t) and they have a wealth of advice and information about the island and places to visit. Thanks for a lovely stay, highly recommended!

A characterful Greek villa

We had a wonderful holiday in this comfortable villa which felt like a home away from home. It was great for our family as the teenagers could have their own space as the villa itself was over 3 floors, not counting the pool area. Fantastic views, different from each terrace. Location was perfect, a lovely breeze on a hot day. We loved the bakery which was just a short walk up the road and had fresh warm bread and pastries for breakfast each morning. Lovely country walking from the front door with a walkers cafe en route. Jane and Alex were so helpful to us before and during our stay. We can’t thank them enough.

La casa è molto bella, i nostri bambini non volevano mai uscire. Piscina, sala giochi , stanze accoglienti e ben tenute. Abbiamo apprezzato anche i dintorni, belle colline, persone gentili. Da li abbiamo visitato tutta l'isola in macchina, ma ogni volta che tornavamo a casa era un piacere. Alex e Jane ospiti gentili, premurosi e mai invadenti, penso proprio che prima o poi ci ritorneremo.

Beautiful house which was spotlessly clean. The best pool we've ever had - very clean.

Alex was a fantastic host - very kind and helpful and keen for us to feel at home. He had left fruit, cheese, milk, bread and wine for our arrival which was great as we arrived late in the evening. The village was quiet and had a traditional bakery nearby which we loved. We enjoyed eating on the different terraces and found it easy to cook as the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Having the table tennis was a bonus and we enjoyed playing board games in the evening. We were sorry not to have met Jane but hopefully next time we stay we will! All directions we were given were clear and correct and the villa is easy to get to from airport . Thank you Alex and Jane for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Wonderful, private villa with spectacular view

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Jane and Alex's villa. It is very private and has the most gorgeous view. The house is comfortable, well equipped and very clean. Jane and Alex are very gracious and hugely kind hosts. When our daughter fell and cut her chin and needed a doctor, Alex arranged an appointment and then accompanied us to ensure we found it easily, and made sure the doctor looked after us properly! The information they provide in the house is very helpful, giving ideas of where to go, eat, shop, and they even give step by step pictures helping guests to find their way in the small Corfu roads. We absolutely loved this house, will definitely be back, and highly recommend it!

A simply stunning place to stay. Amazing views and spacious, tasteful, well-equipped villa. Superb!

Jane and Alex could not have been more welcoming hosts to their beautiful villa. The rural setting meant we had a really authentic Greek experience away from the resorts but easy to get to lots of places when we wanted. A spacious house, with incredible views, and a gorgeous interior. They had thought of everything to make the stay wonderful and were on hand if we needed anything. Great for kids with the pool and the games room. Very clean and well kept. Thank you both for such a wonderful holiday! As you know, it was a difficult time for the family and you ensured that we had a peaceful and relaxing break. Hope we can visit again.
