Villaggio Camping Thurium is located on the beautiful Ionian coast of Calabria, in Cantinella di Corigliano Calabro. The resort is situated in a shady pine forest overlooking the long sandy beach. The resort’s amenities include a swimming pool with different depths for adults and children and a hot tub area. The beach is directly accessible from the resort and, in addition to standard beach services, offers a cozy beach bar, a playground, and sports facilities. Other amenities at the resort include: during peak season, a varied entertainment program for children and adults, a mini-club, beach games, and a wide range of sports activities such as beach volleyball, table tennis, water sports, fitness, aerobics, aqua aerobics, and morning exercise classes. Tennis courts, soccer fields, volleyball, and basketball are also available for a fee, as are bicycle and pedal boat rentals. A supermarket, kiosk, bazaar, a restaurant, and a pizzeria with takeout service are also on-site.
The Happy Easy mobile home accommodates up to 5 people (including at least 1 child under 12 years of age). The accommodation consists of one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed for a child under 12 years of age. The kitchenette is located in the living area and features a 4-burner gas stove, dishes, silverware, pots, and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a shower, and a sink. The outdoor area features a wooden deck with a gazebo and includes a table and chairs, as well as two lounge chairs or deck chairs and an electric grill. If you need more than one unit, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
CHECK-IN DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the check-in and check-out dates, as well as the minimum length of stay for your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, you may, of course, check in the following day (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach borders directly on the campground. The beach is equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas. A beach bar is available.
POOL
As an alternative to the sea, the campground’s swimming pool offers the perfect place to relax. With a depth ranging from 1.4 to 1.9 meters and a whirlpool area, the pool features umbrellas and lounge chairs (for a fee and subject to availability).
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
A crib and high chair are available upon request and for a fee. The long, gently sloping sandy beach is ideal for families with small children. During the summer months, an extensive entertainment program for children, including a mini-club, is offered. The beautiful swimming pool and the resort’s diverse range of sports activities leave nothing to be desired.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
The long sandy beach is directly accessible from the resort. Other sports activities include: beach volleyball, table tennis, water sports, fitness, aerobics, aqua aerobics, and morning exercise classes. Tennis courts, soccer fields, volleyball, basketball, organized excursions, and bike and pedal boat rentals are also available for a fee.
SHOPPING
The resort itself features a supermarket, a kiosk, a bazaar, and a tobacco and newsstand.
DINING
The accommodation features a well-equipped kitchen. Alternatively, you can treat yourself to a meal at the resort’s restaurant/pizzeria or at nearby local restaurants.
PETS
One small pet is allowed per unit and must be declared at the time of booking. The guest is required to pay a 120-euro deposit if bringing a dog. If everything is in order upon departure, the guest will receive 100 euros of the deposit back, and 20 euros will go to the resort to cover additional cleaning costs.

SPECIAL INFORMATION
The tenant is responsible for final cleaning. Cleaning supplies such as brooms, mops, etc., are provided. The accommodations are inspected afterward to ensure they are clean. Any complaints will result in a charge of 50 euros. High chairs and travel cribs must be ordered at the time of booking if desired (for a fee as specified in the additional costs) or must be requested no later than 1 week before arrival (later requests cannot be guaranteed). Groups of young people aged 18–25 must be registered in advance. Confirmation of these bookings is at the discretion of the campground.

The Villaggio Camping Thurium resort is located in Cantinella di Corigliano Calabro in the Calabria region, beautifully situated on the Ionian coast. The towns of Sibari and Corigliano are just a few minutes’ drive away. Lamezia Terme Airport is 135 km away.
CITY AND SURROUNDINGS
The Calabria region in southern Italy offers not only beautiful coastal scenery and long sandy beaches but also a wealth of cultural attractions. The historic center of Corigliano Calabro is impressively situated on a foothill of the Sila Mountains. Many historic churches are waiting to be discovered. Other places worth visiting include Cosenza, Crotone, and the famous Tropea. The Sila Mountains National Park in the interior of the region is ideal for hiking and extended bike rides.
