Some of the best restaurants including Beatniks, Stoble's, Upper Crust, Moomas and TBar Infusion, all close byWalked the neighborhood to check out the "fairytale houses" that dot the neighborhood. CHECK OUT THE REDWOOD trees especially the one across the street. My daughters grabbed the bikes and rode in Bidwell Park with their brother. Great visit”

“This house has everything you need to enjoy your stay! We absolutely loved the swimming pool and spent most of our time enjoying it. No matter the time of day you can find either sun or shade around the pool and it has many depths and seating areas/steps inside the pool that the kids enjoyed. We had a few questions that the property owners answered immediately. We will be booking again and I highly recommend the house for your Chico stay!”

“This home is meticulously updated from top to bottom. The pictures are very nice but do not do it justice. It is very spacious with an open floor plan that allows guests to all be together yet various areas to split off to have separate conversations. There is a great balcony patio outside with nice view of the river from inside and outside the home.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“The home was large and spacious and it met our accomodation needs. I loved the large, beautiful, shady front yard. We didn't feel comfortable using the back yard since people lived right there. Parking on the street was a bit difficult on the long weekend. Lots of others cars we parked on the street. Overall it was what I had hoped for.”

“Cute little place right off lower Bidwell park. It was right off highway 99 but it was not loud or obnoxious and surprisingly quite 95% of the time. I appreciated the small turffed shaded areas for the dogs, especially since I didn't want to walk them on the 100 degree days on the cement. “Our 3 teens were happy with lots of space. We did have perfect spring weather and enjoyed the deck- sunbathing, reading, watching deer and wild turkeys, and cocktail hour with the sunset. Steve is a very responsive host and it was easy to communicate with him. We have family in Red Bluff and will definitely book again and recommend to others. The dog friendly yard and home is perfect if you are bringing your dog. ”
