Very clean, pool was assume, very convenient. The neighbor across the fence cussed us out on our first night for having our lights on at 9:30… She was very confrontational. This was the only negative of the place, otherwise very nice stay.

Communication was so easy and quick with the host, the house was so cute and clean, and the hot tub was so perfect! The location was quiet and very close to beach access and the 4x4 access point. They provided us with plenty of items to last for our 4 day stay! The hot tub button was hard to push but it did work! We would 100% go back! We visited duck and went to donutz on a stick and went to lighthouse bagels! Our favorite food places for sure!

Everything was great, however I felt like the property could have been cleaner, I didn’t feel like the linens had been actually washed as they smelled of dirty hair, the shower liner was in need of being changed out and the floors could have used a good mopping. We would definitely stay here again though if these accommodations were met.
