I was concerned with the mold on most of the living area ceiling, around the AC vents in the same area ceiling. The smell was musty in the carpeted areas which were all very dirty. We began to vacuum due to animal allergies with two of the children and three of the adults. The vacuum would not pull. Once we UNCLOGGED the hose we dumped the canister full of dog hair 7 times. We vacuumed upon arrival and two other times. All the same results. Mold was also all around the jacuzzi tub. Mold was confirmed by their maintenance man but no effort was made to move us even though I was told that would happen if he confirmed that it was mold COVERING most of the wood ceiling. He checked out the vacuum and confirmed it needed repairs and that he would notify housekeeping. He left a note to them on the vacuum. He also checked out the ice maker which had stopped working and said parts would need to be ordered. We had to buy ice the rest of the week. Never heard from anyone on any of those issues. The lighting in several areas were doing weird things. The sink lighting went off all by itself twice and would not come back on until the next morning. The light over the stove is burned out. Forgot to tell maintenance when he was there.
We have been renting from VRBO for a very long time and this was the worst house for cleanliness we have ever rented.
I noticed that the most up to date review would not expand in the reviews.
The pool area, hot tub and upper deck were beautiful.
