Loved everything about this house. Plenty of room for everyone a d enjoyed the pool after the beach almost every day. Kitchen was well stocked too. Just awesome!

Family Vacation 2025

We enjoyed every minute of our vacation at this house. Perfect for our family and even a couple of friends. It was super hot the week we were there and we were thankful to have the pool. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, glassware and more. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice house, walk to the beach

The house was clean and conveniently close to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we especially appreciated having two dishwashers. Beach gear—including a tent, chairs, and toys—was provided, so there was no need to rent anything. We had a great time here and would definitely come back.

Perfect for family gatherings

This house was perfect for our family gathering of 14 people of all ages. Great communal space, while still having plenty of bedrooms for privacy. Well equipped kitchen, clean, great pool and outside spaces within short walking distance to beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable home close to beach

We enjoyed our stay with a family group of 14. Nice community and the home is a short walk to beach access (maybe 4 minutes). Check-in process was simple and maintenance requests were handled timely.

Nice Place

Very large and accommodating home in Corolla was used for a family vacation. Walking distance to the beach, although most times we dropped off the gear and children by car. Nice private pool in the back provided a great quiet time area for the kids when we weren't at the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Family vacation

This house has great potential, but seemed to be in need of quite a bit of exterior repairs and maintenance. With that being said, it is a great location in a good neighborhood with plenty of space for our family. Loved that we could walk to both the beach and local parks, shops, and restaurants. Check in/out process was easy.

AMAZING house and location. The layout of the house, number of bathrooms, size of living spaces and outdoor spaces as well as parking spots could not have been more perfect. The house itself is gorgeous and great walking proximity to the beach, coffee, yoga, bars and more.The ONLY downside was the property management, we had a few smaller issues with cleanliness when we arrived (hairs on pillow, wet towel left in bathroom, rusted tea kettle among a few others). I had reached out about these via Vrbo but never got a response. It honestly would not put me off staying here again, but as a guest I would have appreciated a response at the time.

An Amazing Experience in a beautiful home

We just got back from our wonderful vacation at Oh-2-Sweet Coral Lane. What a magnificent house! So bright and airy, it is the perfect home in a great location! Everything was clean and there were a few extras we didn't expect, like the cupboard full of family board games and a well-stocked kitchen. The hot tub and pool area are lovely. The house is just a very short walk to the beach. I will absolutely stay here again and book through Shoreline OBX who were very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Such a great experience in a beautiful home.

Great house

Great house, very big house, overall, the house is really up-to-date and clean. The rooms are large in the beds are really nice. The great part is when you’re downstairs you hear a very minimal sound upstairs. It’s nice we’re going to bed earlier or putting kids to bed. The only downside is, it’s a little bit farther than a three minute walk to the beach, And the road the house is on is extremely busy. Would definitely recommend.

Family Friendly

The home was clean and accommodating to 3 families. The neighborhood and privacy trees were incredible. The home had all the kitchen supplies needed and more. We all agreed it's time for the decking to be repaired - not just refinished but most planks are splintered and several have nails pulling up. Also in the starter pack- including hand soap for the bathrooms would be incredibly helpful. It was a wonderful week and we plan to book again!

OH-2 Sweet Coral Lane

Sweet Coral Lane was a great place for our entire family to enjoy. It comfortably fit all 14 of us. The house is very spacious and was very clean. Had all of the needed amenities. The beach is a few minute walk, but we rented a golf cart to help transport all our beach gear. The only negative thing I could say is, the house can use a second full size fridge. With as many people we had, it was difficult to fit it all in one fridge. And the ice maker couldn't keep up with the demand for frozen margaritas. We ended up ordering ice service which helped though.

It would be 5 stars if home had a 2nd full fridge and better shower heads in bathrooms. Home was very clean and for 14 of us it was perfect. We loved this home, not too far from beach. All my family brought or rented bicycles and we had 2 carts to get stuff to beach. There was a nice beach cart at home, baby gates and a pack n play .Home could use a set of measuring cups. Having water and ice dispenser in fridge was nice. A stand alone ice maker would be a real plus for this home. We were able to bicycle everywhere and we actually never used our car the entire week. Swimming pool & hot tub were great and nice outside shower. Like I said a 2nd fridge and it be 5 stars! I was hesitant about renting so far up in Corolla, but actually area has all you need for a great vaca. 👍👍👍👍

Family Vacation

First let me say that Shoreline OBX vacation rentals were amazing to work with. Prompt answering any questions and notifying us of rental procedures. We found that our vacuum had a broken belt, my son emailed the maintenance department and a service man was there right away and replaced belt and made certain it worked before leaving. The property itself was great with plenty of bedrooms each with attached bathrooms. Very roomy living area and nice sized pool. An easy walk to the beach and in a nice neighborhood. My only real complaint is the exterior of the home really needed some attention. A good power washing would go a long way and some deck work and painting would make the property match the rest of the neighborhood. I would definitely rent through Shoreline OBX again.

Overall a good experience at Sweet Coral Lane

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Sweet Coral Lane and would stay there again in the future. Everything was exactly as pictured on the rental site. A few minor things keep me from giving it an "excellent" rating. There were plenty of popped nail heads sticking up on the wood decking/stairs, as well as several worn areas of the wood causing splintered fragments, one of which caused a very minor splinter into our granddaughter's foot. No big deal though. The pool and hot tub were both wonderful. And there were plenty of "extras" that we hadn't expected as there was a room full beach equipment on the lower level (beach chairs, toys, beach pull cart, etc.). Plenty of space for our family to gather and dine on the upper level. Gas grill on the patio level. All in all, a very nice home. Oh, one more thing. On the last day we went to use the vacuum cleaner to finalize our clean up, but it was broken.

Wonderful Home

This house was perfect for our Thanksgiving vacation to OBX. There were 7 people and our two dogs. More than enough room for all of us. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking the Thanksgiving meal so enjoyable. The furniture in the living room looked new and was very comfortable. Just 1/4 mile walk to the beach access. We would stay here again for sure!!

Great vacation

We loved Sweet Coral Lane! House was clean and laid out perfectly! Each bedroom was spacious and supplied with everything we needed. The carpets in the bedrooms were fine but the steps on the stairs could use a shampoo. But that is such a small area in the house, it didn't bother us. The kitchen had WAY more utensils and items we needed than listed including TWO dishwashers, which was helpful! The outside decks could've used a bit more furniture and the hammock was broken but we just used the pool more! The walk to the beach is an easy 5 minute flat walk (maybe a few minutes more with all our gear). We were able to walk down to the 4 x 4 beach one day to see horses so the location is perfect! Thank you for a great week!

spacious house, great location!

Thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to this part of the OBX. House was very spacious and allowed for all generations of family to have their own space. Nice pool, very secluded. . .even saw some deer passing through one morning. Would definitely recommend!

Sweet Coral Lane

The property is very nice and clean. Our group enjoyed having a pool and the home sits on a nice private lot. The home was spacious and our group fully appreciated having plenty of bathrooms!
