“One of our best vacations ever. Everything, including room, was very clean. Lots of activities if you chose to do that and also very relaxing. Newport Coast is the perfect location if you love the beach. We will be back!!”

“The home is gorgeous in a perfect location.”

“This rental is just one block from the PCH and is centrally located in one of the best areas of Laguna Beach in my opinion. The unit was as described and pictured. The courtyard area is private and very nice if you want to sit outside to read or hang out. The rental is on the smaller side but it's Laguna Beach. Who's spending their time inside? Overall this property had what we needed and worked perfectly for our trip.”

“I would not rent this place!! It’s not accurate with the description that you see on VRBO. The location was not desirable. There was street car racing and Cops everywhere on the streets. It took forever get hot water in the shower. The sofa bed mattress was not comfortable to sleep on either. There was a DJ below the unit that that played music from 6-10. That was not mentioned on the VRBO site. I would definitely think twice before renting this unit.”

“Very nice place and great communication throughout. ”

“Cute and cozy perfect for a quick getaway.”

“ANOTHER AMAZING stay!! We truly appreciate Susan and her team. After our first stay... maybe three weeks later we were lucky to book again for a few days. So this summer, we booked twice!! The house has everything we needed for our stay, we merely packed a bag and our puppy. This beach house makes you feel welcomed and comfortable right when you walk in. Thoughtfully decorated, stocked with supplies we needed for our sleeping, showers, beach time... everything we needed for a relaxing stay....

“Beautiful sunset off the upper stairs bedroom! Really nice place and has everything we needed. You can tell it is truly taken care of by the family. We enjoyed the short walks to the water, coastal breezes, and relaxing afternoons in the backyard with well maintained indoor/outdoor greenery! Thanks for a nice stay.”

“Love this place !The smell of the seaThe sound of thewaves smashing Even the BOOP Boop of the train! So dang cute!”

“This VRBO rental was absolutely amazing—one of the best stays we have ever had in Long Beach! My biggest concern when booking was wheelchair accessibility, but the home worked out wonderfully. Guests can easily be dropped off near the entrance for convenient access to both the home and the beach. The location is incredible. The patio has a beautiful ocean view, and you are literally about four steps away from touching the sand! The private beach area allows you and your family to truly relax and...

“Crash pad only. Titled "guest house" but the unit is a sectioned off portion of the host's home. It does not have a kitchen, living room, or any comfortable seating area. It is two bedrooms with a hallway in between. Small alcove has a microwave and minifridge arranged uncomfortably so as not to be user friendly. The coffee maker was set up in the bathroom. No apparent toiletries (old mismatched ones were found in a dusty drawer) and we ran out of tissues the first night. He said we could ask...

“Property is beautiful. Super close to the beach. Worked perfect for our group of 8, plenty of room. Would return to property again.”

“This VRBO was perfect. Right in the middle of everything. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Very nice pool and hot tub and BBQ area.I chose this property because it was so close to friends we were coming to visit. It is a very nice 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with a pool and hot tub. Very clean and has almost everything you could need for a stay. The only thing it didn't have was a regular coffee maker, which I bought and left for other families to use. It did have a Keurig, but I...
