“House was a perfect location. Close to all the PAC Beach excitement, restaurants, bars and beach. We had a few neighbors who liked to party and were loud until the early 3 am hours. It’s definitely a party area for younger crowd. We didn’t have any issues with that though. The house could use a little TLC and some new carpet for sure but other than that it worked out perfect for us. The garages are small but we were able to fit our ford transit in garage 4 only.
