I cannot give this home a positive review because of how basically dirty and neglected it is. I believe it was probably a nice home at one time, but it really needs some attention.When we arrived, there were holes in the doors and walls in several places throughout the home, the toilet upstairs was barely attached to the floor, one of the paintings was torn out of its frame and hanging off, several of the exterior doors in the home are unable to be opened and closed because they’re completely stuck in the frame, sliding closet doors are not on the track, there are lamps with no light bulbs, the railing on the front stairs outside is so wobbly its a safety hazard, the washing machine leaks when in use, the wifi signal is so bad that none of us could actually use it, there were several places throughout the home where something was splattered on the wall and the cleaners did not clean it up before our arrival, there was no toilet paper holder upstairs because it had been broken off the wall, the bathroom downstairs has old dirt/hair/grime on the floor and toilet, the toilet paper holder in the downstairs bathroom is completely covered in rust, many of the kitchen utensils are covered in rust, there is no spatula in the kitchen (we had to use a pie server to turn our pancakes), and most concerning of all: there is black mold in the water and ice dispenser of the refrigerator that we didn’t notice until after we’d been using it for a couple of days.
