Wonderful family beach trip!

This place was great! It has definitely set the bar for future vacations. Would definitely stay here again! Professional kitchen to cook in and plenty of room for all the adults and children. Highly recommended!

Great rental!

This house has everything you need! It was very clean, well stocked kitchen items, and my personal favorite was the stand alone ice maker in the kitchen that we used to fill the cooler for the beach every day! We will definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

Great family vacation! Home was beautiful and well appointed. Had a little problem working the TV in living, but maintaince came quickly to help. Close to pool, beach and fitness center. Would rent again.

Fun and relaxing stay!

The home is beautiful. No expense was spared on the decorations, furniture, beds, and linens. The beds were so comfy and everyone slept so well the whole trip. It’s perfect for multiple families (every bed was a king) and the bunk room was perfect for our boys! We loved the view of the water from the front balcony. Loved our stay! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great stay!

This property was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable. The swivel chairs in the living were also very cozy. The outside porches were great for sitting in the morning/evening. The fridge and freezer were a great size, the ice maker in the island was a huge bonus. We were able to find all pans and cooking utensils that were needed. There was plenty of silver ware. Our only complaint was the wifi was pretty weak in certain areas of the house. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend the property to others.

Summer vacation

This house is beautiful and well laid out. Loved the main suite upstairs! The bathroom was huge with a great shower. The common area downstairs has a large TV and beverage refrigerator, which was very convenient. Upstairs the large coffee table was great for game nights. Ceiling was beautiful. Outside the putting green is a nice touch with a couple of putters and golf balls provided. Sand toys were also available. Condo is a short walk from the pool. This was probably the best home we’ve visited at Palmilla. Definitely will stay there again!

Excellent vacation

Our stay was wonderful. We loved the amenities of both the home and the Palmilla Resort. Walking to the pool was a huge plus. We didn’t realize that all of the advertised amenities wouldn’t be available until after Memorial Day, but ultimately wasn’t a huge issue. Golf cart was expensive, but a life saver for going to the beach, where we were able to drive right up to our set up spot. We really appreciated that the home had a lot of things we needed that we didn’t expect to be provided.

Worth every penny. Gorgeous and great for kids!

The house is exactly as shown. Perhaps even prettier in person. Gorgeous view for now from living room porch, though a house will eventually block. Felt lucky we got to enjoy it tho! The kids “wing” was absolutely fantastic. This house is great for families - 8 kids can take over and sleep in the kids wing, though we only had 2. Wish there was a true second primary suite but the king bedrooms and en suites are gorgeous. Loved our stay and highly recommend this unit. Putting green was a fun bonus!

Grandbabies First trip to the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Things were so easy from the moment we booked the vaaction home until we left after 5 full days of fun. We had 2 young grandbabies with us along with 6 adult children and the house accommodated us very well. Wanting to limit our time out in public, we cooked all our meals and were pleasantly surprised with a very well stocked kitchen. The furnishings were lovely and the beds comfy. Definitely want to come back

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As soon as we walked in we were in awe of the place. It is beautiful, open, bright and large. There is plenty of places to retreat to if in a large group of people. The stairs are a killer workout lol but easily accessible for older individuals. The porch has a great sunrise/sunset view and you can see the sand dunes and a little bit of the ocean. We had difficulty with turning on the main tv but the staff was more than helpful and even showed up at the house to help us!!! There are some games upstairs that you can play and there are some downstairs with some books left to read for the kiddos. Plenty of bathrooms and tons of towels and beach towels. You can even hook up a video game system to play downstairs. Walking to the beach is far and is a workout if you don’t drive or rent a cart. Pool is just a stroll down the path and literally a house or two away. Overall, we loved it there and will definitely be renting again in the near future.
