¡Padre Beach View 210 es donde Dream Vacations se hace realidad! El complejo presenta la combinación perfecta de arquitectura de casas de vacaciones en la costa este y exuberantes paisajes tropicales. El área de la piscina cuenta con parrillas para barbacoa, sillones, mesas de picnic, cabañas, un área para niños y todo se centra en la espectacular piscina de agua salada que se calienta para disfrutar durante todo el año. La playa está justo al otro lado de la calle y numerosas atracciones de la zona, como el nuevo parque acuático Schlitterbahn, el Mustang Island State Park y el Padre Island National Seashore se encuentran a unos pocos kilómetros.

INTERIOR
Esta casa adosada bellamente decorada es donde lo moderno se encuentra con la elegancia costera. Ofrece todo lo que los visitantes pueden pedir, pero lo que realmente lo distingue es su ubicación y magníficas vistas del Golfo de México. La cocina totalmente equipada, con mostradores de granito y todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, tiene mucho espacio de almacenamiento y mostrador para preparar comidas o bocadillos de estilo familiar para la playa. El primer piso de esta lujosa casa de pueblo cuenta con una sala de estar de concepto abierto, una mesa de comedor estilo casa de campo y un bar con isla de cocina con capacidad para otras personas, un lugar de reunión perfecto para todo el grupo. El primer piso también tiene una lavadora / secadora, medio baño y acceso al patio privado cercado. Las tres habitaciones están arriba y cada una viene con hermosas cabeceras hechas a medida. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size, baño privado y un balcón privado con vista al golfo. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama king size y el tercer dormitorio tiene una cómoda cama queen size, estas dos habitaciones comparten un baño en el pasillo. También hay un futón de tamaño completo en el loft de arriba y 2 camas plegables de tamaño queen en la sala de estar; permitiendo que esta unidad acomode fácilmente a un total de 12 invitados.

The location of this beach house made everything easier and more convenient. We were within walking distance to our beach house. We were also really close to stores, bars, and etc.

Not a accurate time of check in listed

Check in time is listed as 4pm when we arrived at 355pm still had no check on directions so at 415pm I called number listed and took several minutes for someone to answer and when they finally did the man on the line was friendly and gavee info for checkin. A business should be held to checkin times as we as consumers are held to the price as listed and we pay in advance for this accomodations...

Nice but roaches

We like the location, layout and "starter kit" of supplies. Unfortunately our parking was not clearly marked and we had to keep asking folks to move. But the worst part was the cockroaches. Hopefully they will bomb the place before the next guests arrive.

Coast trip

Struggled with the stove. Front 2 main burners didnt work. Wasted almost 2 hours the first morning trying to make breakfast. They did have someone come and confirm they weren’t working but couldn't get anyone to fix them until after we left. Also tried washing clothes and the dryer didn’t not dry the clothes. Otherwise, stay was ok. The property is in a good location and easy to get to the beach with a golfcart.

The beds were very comfortable, and the staff responded quickly to all my calls. We have stayed at this complex several times over the last 10 years. We picked this condo because of the photo with the view and furniture. We were disappointed that we did not have any furniture to sit outside and enjoy the view. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a peeling ceiling, a big roach, and a spider. The kitchen was clean, but the dishes were dirty, with food still stuck to them.We ended up washing all the dishes we were going to need. The cabinets white laminate was peeling, which made opening them a bit hard. The downstairs toilet was clogged, and the plunger next to it was broken. This condo is perfect for hosting a large family gathering. We saw three extra beds and they have stocked the kitchen with plenty of dishes for a big gathering. Management was quick to respond to the roach issue and we did not see any more while there. They offered to send someone to wash our dishes but we had already done that. Hoping they get furniture for the upper deck because it is a wonderful view.

We enjoyed our stay

The location was good and the view of the gulf from the upstairs balcony was great. The kitchen cookware is substandard and the pans were dirty. The cast iron skillet was rusty and had food residue as well. The unit has two coffee pots but no filters. I would suggest upgrading kitchen cookware.

Family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did really enjoy our stay overall and the property was very nice and located super close to the beach. There was room for the seven of us to sleep comfortably and have space. We did have problems which were addressed by the management company. First the WiFi wasn’t working and they replaced the router. Then the shower started leaking through the ceiling into the living room. A maintenance worker tried to fix it but it needed work in the pipes. By the time we left, the paint was coming off the ceiling. Also the dryer didn’t work and someone came to fix it as well. We did really enjoy our stay but it would have been better without the issues. I would recommend it if the plumbing problems are take care of.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Padre Escapes as usual has amazing customer service however their condos usually leave much to be desired. Cheap linens and towels. 2 cheap rolls of paper towels and two rolls of toilet paper for a four day stay for a family of 4. 1 laundry pack abd two dishwasher packs. The walls were chipped, there had been a leak from the bathroom so the ceiling had been patched and not painted to match the rest of the ceiling. The condo smelled moldy like there may be mold where that leak was. The condo was in a great location and we loved having the patio to store our beach gear. We will stay at that site again just not one owned by Padre Escapes.

Family Beach Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our very first family vacation all together since the loss of my husband/their father. It was very special to us. The condo was beautiful. Sleeping spaces everywhere and We absolutely loved the placement of television’s in every sleeping space to include the bonus space with the futon. We had a few concerns but the mgmt comp was quick to respond and resolve. If I had to make any suggestions it would be to place a hose in the front or back for ease in rinsing. We would definitely stay again.

Last stay with Padre

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed with Padre in the past and the whole trip was wonderful. This time it was little frustrating. 1) called to ask to rent a day earlier since only 1/4 of the group would be in on Thursday night. They wanted us to pay double the cost for one night. needless to say we stayed at the Omni . 2) Early check in. The lady who I talked to both times said they would call if we could check in early. She was very unfriendly and short. She never called, so we checked in at 4:00pm. 3) The sofa in this place is like sitting on boards. If you have kids they can hurt themselves on this item. 4) beds are very unconformable.
