The condo was absolutely beautiful. Well equipped kitchen, beautiful and comfortable bedrooms snd bedding. Very first class!

Property had plenty of beds and bathrooms. Family room is small for a home this size. Great location close to the Seaside Pool.

Great house and great community!

We loved this house, plenty of room for our family plus a separate bunk room for kids. Individual bathrooms for each room a major plus! But overall we loved the community and amenities. From chairs on the beach to a cabana at the pool, our family was well taken care of.

Beaches and Bunkers was a hit!

It was our first time to Port A and Beaches and Bunkers was a perfect house for us. We had 8 guests ranging from 16- 50. The rooms were large and all had their own bathrooms. The locations was very convenient to the pool and beach.

Our stay was amazing!!

We loved the house!! Our families had an unforgettable time! The only minor inconvenience was the internet never worked. I reached out to have it fixed but nothing ever happened. Yes we were there to be on vacation, however 5/6 adults use WiFi for work. Not a super big deal and we LOVED our stay!!

Great place

Nice price in comparison to other 4 BRs in Palmilla. Very clean and new. I would suggest adding a hose or outdoor shower to prevent tracking sand inside. Overall it was great!

Beautiful and spacious home just a few hiccups

This unit was large enough for 4 couples and then kids (in bunk bed room). It was a short walk to the pool and guest services. We just had a few housekeeping issues.

Cute Townhouse

I would stay here again; the three flights of stairs do get a little exhausting, but the kids loved racing up and down them. Everything was well stocked and beautifully decorated. I took off a star for cleanliness due to not having a place to shower off sand from the beach. In addition, I could tell the floors do not get mopped with each stay, my toddler knees were black from crawling on the floor. Overall, the townhouse was clean and a wonderful stay!

Exceeded expectations

Booked a quick get away for 6 senior graduates. Most rentals were booked and only a few were available to book for less than 4-5 nights. The rental was perfect. The home was extremely clean, the mattresses and bedding were great quality. The 4-star for cleanliness was due to the dishes and utensils being dirty. We had to wash everything we wanted to use due to the visible lack of washing. Not a biggie. I would rent this house again. The Vacasa staff was also super responsive. We had a WiFi issue initially and they came right away in the pouring rain to assist and we were back on. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall, house was nice, clean, and lots of room to sprawl out. Made multiple attempts to get the WiFi working, but no one showed up or called to fix. The chatbot was less than helpful. Not the end of the world, but made it difficult to do work in your computer when you have to use your cell phone as a hot spot for wifi

Family stay

We loved the rental! Beautiful, clean and lots of room for a big family! There was only 2 restrooms out of the 4 that had toilet paper. We had to request once we got there. A representative immediately showed up with what we needed. There was a lot of flies in the garage from the trash can. I would suggest owners to provide bigger cooking pans (ones provided were small), large knives to cut big items, a blow dryer, iron/ironing board and laundry detergent. We were asked to throw a load in the wash before we left, but no detergent was provided. Beside those minor things, we loved our stay and would definitely rent again!

5 Star Stay!

We don’t know where to begin our five star rating!! Right off the bat, the home was ready before we were and once we accessed this beautiful home it was clean, cozy and smelled so wonderful. The home had everything we needed for cooking and storing in the kitchen. There were plenty of bath and pools towels. The beds were so comfortable and made for a good night’s sleep after a day at the beach and pool. We visit every year and this home, by far, had the best accommodations for our family. Thank you!

Family vacation at Palmilla Beach and Golf Resort

Beaches and Bunkers is a wonderful family vacation venue. We had 6 adults and 3 children staying in the townhouse, and we had room for four more adults! If you have a big family, this is the place to be. I loved that we could all be in the kitchen, dining, living area without feeling crowded. And also appreciated that the adults could retreat to various areas on the 3 levels to enjoy peace and quiet. Our young kids loved the bunk room! There are 4 TVs that helped all those who wanted a different program to be satisfied! The kitchen had everything we needed. Each of the families had a private full bath which added to the comfort of vacationing together. This townhouse is near the large swimming pool – just a short walk. (The full bar at the pool is great and has a good menu for snacks at the pool.) We rented a golf cart for a day, which made access to the beach easy and fun. The family loved driving across the dunes on the boardwalk that leads to the beach. Three men enjoyed a round a golf and reported that the 9 hole course is well maintained. Our family will return to Beaches and Bunkers!
