This host really thought of everything. Extremely clean, functional, cheerful decor. Drawers and shelves were labeled— LOVE that! Pretty much everything in the Corpus area is 20 min away from everything else and that's try case with this house. Is it in a fancy neighborhood? Nope. But it's safe and clean enough and very accessible. GREAT family stay.. or in our case, our work "family!"

We were in town for a soccer tournament and needed a place that would accommodate 3 adults and 1 child and this was perfect. It was quiet and spacious and the kitchen was well appointed. Our only note - as stated in the description - was that the neighborhood is still evolving. There were some loose dogs so I didn't feel totally comfortable going for my morning walk. But the house itself was a delight.

Wonderful Pick for

Loved this house! My husband and I love going to Port Aransas. This home was perfectly placed between Corpus and Port Aransas. We travel with dogs and they certainly had enough space to run around out back. Inside was very clean and had a great flow. The outdoor area was beautifully set up. The grill was dirty and wouldn't light, but that was the only thing that was a little disappointing. My husband and I ended up going to the Wal-Mart to buy a smaller grill to use. The owner was very great communication. I definitely would stay here again.

Perfect Home Away from Home

This is a beautiful home with all the amenities. Upon arriving, we noticed a sweet note with a bottle of wine which was a thoughtful touch! The house was tidy and efficiently arranged, with a good selection of essential items stocked in the pantry. The location is ideal, offering convenient access to various destinations of interest. We appreciated the closeness to Texas A&M Corpus Christi where our son plays baseball. We will stay here when we go back! I would highly recommend staying here!

Home Away from Home

The house was extremely clean and well-organized...better than we could've imagined. The bottle of wine was a sweet touch and the fully equipped kitchen made for a very comfortable stay. The pantry had a decent amount of staple items and we definitely made use of the available card and other games for memorable game nights! Will try to stay here whenever in the area.

We came to do a remodel of a kitchen. It was nice to be able to go there and relax and cook what we needed to cook for dinner and breakfast and all the real nice place. Thank you very much. We will definitely be coming back in two weeks and have the same place whenever we come down here that’s where I will go.

Our stay after Christmas

The property is very comfortable and perfect for a family with a dog. The house is nicely decorated with a beach theme and the large fenced-in yard was great for our dog. We were appreciative of the supplies that were available when we arrived; everything from dish soap to coffee and snacks.

I will say without hesitation that this is the best presented, and best organized, and the nicest of any I have stayed in. The house is well appointed, the yard is extraordinary. Highly recommended

Beautiful home

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The home has been freshly remodeled and has a very open floor plan which we found very nice. The kitchen is stocked very well with everything you need to make a meal(minus groceries of course). The welcoming card, snacks and bottle of wine are a very nice touch! The front yard and backyard are fenced in and my dogs loved it. The only thing I feel that should be addressed are the ants in the grass especially if you are allergic so just be aware. Overall we enjoyed our weekend stay and would highly recommend this property.

We loved it!

We enjoyed our stay. This properrty exceeded our expectations. Very clean, plenty of space for 6 adults. We moved our kids in at TAMUCC which was just 5 min drive away. Everything was labeled and the house rules and wifi code was incorporated into the decor of the home. Very clever. A welcome bottle of wine and note was waiting for us when we arrived. Fresh towels and extra blankets were available, We found some games in the closet which we enjoyed one evening. Close to grocery store and shopping. The only caution is the neighborhood is a little questionable, however I walked the block one morning with my coffee and had no concerns. We parked the cars behind the gate on the driveway. Enjoyed our stay and will be back.
