Casa de playa brillante, excelente ubicación junto al lago Gavin

Grace House es el lugar perfecto para renovar tu alma. Esta casa es ideal para disfrutar de las vistas del lago Gavin desde las cubiertas. Puede caminar y disfrutar de la paz que brinda esta vista mientras disfruta de la increíble vida salvaje que ofrece el lago, además de estar a corta distancia a pie del paseo marítimo. El primer piso tiene 2 dormitorios con camas queen y un tercer dormitorio abierto con 2 camas completas. Hay una zona de buffet con un refrigerador de vino y Keurig para su comodidad.

El segundo piso cuenta con una cocina de concepto abierto, sala de estar y comedor. La gran mesa redonda tiene capacidad para 8 personas con 3 taburetes que rodean la isla de la cocina cerca. La cubierta es espaciosa, con una parrilla de gas y un montón de espacio para el entretenimiento. La suite principal se completa con tocadores dobles, cabina de ducha, bañera hundida y balcón privado.

We loved the floor plan with 3 1/2 bathrooms and plenty of room for everyone! The house is beautiful and provided everything we needed, including toys for children, and is in a great location. The staff was also very friendly and helpful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental over all was in good shape. Kitchen had everything you needed. Fan made loud squeaking noise on second floor when on high power. Location was a good location. We had a hard time with the front door key locking and unlocking the door. We enjoyed the lake view from balcony. Could tell the house was dated compared to the other properties at CS we have stayed at but it was just fine for the time we were there. Beach chairs we rented were nice. Dylans and Lisabellas were delicious as always. As far as electronics, the Dishwasher, and Washer/Dryers were new and worked great. The Tv's in main living room and all but one bed room were older. But you really are not at CS to Watch TV.

You cannot beat those porch views of the lake and easy access to fishing too. We loved the sandcastle lessons on the beach this year! We missed having the store available for ice but looking forward to the new wine bar.

It was well stocked with all our needs, the layout was perfect for our family, and overall cozy and relaxing. We had a wonderful timing staying at Cinnamon Shores. It was our first time and we’ll be back.I did want to share some feedback about the home...we saw/killed no less than 20 cockroaches throughout the home...bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen. It was pretty unsettling. The last night stay I woke up in the morning to a cockroach on my night stand.I understand there will be bugs, etc. since we’re by water but the number of cockroaches was significant during our time.

Wonderful place

They did offer to move us but we did not feel like packing everything again for a two night stay. In the end, we were more than compensated so the friendliness and service is appreciated.

The only thing I would say is that the pillows provided are very uncomfortable so you may want to bring one from home (or perhaps they could be replaced?).

We've loved every home we've stayed in; however, this was "hands down" the best location and our favorite so far! The layout of the house was perfect. It backs up to Lake Gavin and the family loved just walking outside and being able to fish at any time without having to walk to a lake. The views were relaxing when sitting on the balcony. The house was very clean and had all the things we needed for meals.

We rented the Grace house. The overall development was great. Good helpful staff, nice amenities and food choices. Our house however was not cared for as it should have been. Needing paint and updating. It was also not as decorated as well as I would expect. Sofa was tired, kitchen appliances tired

Great place!

We have stayed in cinnamon shores over the past 8 years and this is one of the best layouts. House was clean and had nice decor. Would definitely look to stay at this house again.
