DENTRO DE LA CASA

La casa principal presenta un espacio de vida lleno de luz y digno de playa con pisos de concreto manchado, muebles lujosos, paredes blancas y techos de madera natural para una calma instantánea. Abre las ventanas y deja entrar el aire del mar. El Golfo está a solo una cuadra de distancia, y aunque no hay acceso directo al paseo marítimo, desafortunadamente, es fácil llegar allí: súbase al automóvil y conduzca unos 2 minutos hasta las playas.

Tres habitaciones en la casa principal incluyen 2 habitaciones king-size (incluyendo una suite principal con baño completo que incluye una ducha a ras de suelo) y una litera para los niños con 2 camas matrimoniales.

El cuarto dormitorio, en la cochera separada, también cuenta con una cama king-size además de su sala de estar separada, baño con bañera / ducha, cocina y comedor. ¡Dale este codiciado espacio a los abuelos, o tómalo para escapar del grupo salvaje que trajiste!

Cuando llegue la hora de la cena, elija entre los lugares para comer: hay una mesa para 8 personas entre la cocina abierta y la sala de estar, y una mesa de picnic y muchas sillas afuera en el alegre patio trasero. ¡Cocinar para todos nunca es más fácil, gracias a una cocina totalmente equipada con mucho espacio para codo y una parrilla de carbón al aire libre!

LA LOCACIÓN

Village Walk es una comunidad cerrada idealmente ubicada a solo 5 minutos de muelles de pesca, deliciosos restaurantes, golf, tiendas y más, sin mencionar 2 minutos de la playa. Nuestra unidad, # 8, tiene una excelente ubicación dentro de Village Walk, un paseo rápido por la acera desde una de las 2 hermosas piscinas.

Se proporcionan pases de estacionamiento para 3 vehículos. Los vehículos deben estacionarse en la casa, dos espacios de estacionamiento en el camino de entrada y un espacio de estacionamiento disponible en el garaje. Si planea alquilar un carrito de golf durante su estadía, eso contará como uno de sus tres vehículos. Proporcionaremos tres pases de estacionamiento. We enjoyed this large house for our small group of humans and pups. Plenty of place to spread out, pool closeby and beds were comfortable.

We had a great time at this property. The upstairs room with extra mini kitchen and living space was awesome. It’s close to the community pool and the beach.

Thanksgiving

We celebrated Thanksgiving at Port Anaras. Our family of 8 had plenty of room. We didn’t use the pool but it was available and clean. The house its self was very clean and well equipped. Everything we needed was right there.

Beautiful property

Our stay was wonderful and priceless memories were made. We did have a few issues with the amenities (washer was broken and smelled awful, refrigerator does not cool, no blankets for pull out sleepers.) Those things were very important to us but we did not let it ruin our stay. I hope they do better and fix those issues for the next guests.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation home worked for me and my family. There were enough bedrooms for everybody and I like the amount of bathrooms. There were a few problems, but none that interfered with my vacation. The ice in the upstairs refrigerator was 4 inches thick. A coffee table was broken. A chair was broken outside and an inside chair by the island was not screwed in well enough. The house overall was clean. I loved the amount of bathrooms.

The management company was quick to respond and sent someone out right away when our sinks weren’t draining. There were a few things that were broken like the patio chair, the barstool and the living room table. There was also a bird nest right outside the front door which caused bird poop to be everywhere and if you walked out the wrong way you would get pooped on too. Those were the only negative things, otherwise the house was beautiful and functional for our extended family vacation.

Fantastic property

We visited over the Sandfest weekend. The property was clean and as described. The carriage house was lovely - it’s like a separate (but adjoining) 1 bedroom with a sitting area, balcony, bathroom and kitchenette. It was perfect for our group of 6. Three parking passes were more than sufficient. Check in and checkout process was easy. I left my laptop behind and did not realize it until the next morning. A call to the property managers and 30 minutes later they called me back to ask me where to shop it to!! Fabulous service.

First Trip to PA and we will be back!

We had a lot of fun. Location is great. We had an issue with our A/C unit and they sent someone over right away, which was nice. Would rent again!

Perfect house for a family trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: "Popsicles and Flip Flops" was perfect for our extended family vacation! We had 6 adults and 5 kids (ages 11-16). The house was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone! It is in a gated subdivision which has "quiet hours" between 10pm - 8am, which I definitely appreciated! The kids loved the community pool which was just a few houses down from the house. The kitchen was big and fully stocked, which was great as we were able to cook most of our meals there! Good sized dining table and bar stools, so there was plenty of seating. The covered patio and chairs were lovely too. It rained a couple days and it was nice to sit outside and read on the patio. We also used the bbq grill to cook burgers. The beach is just a short drive. The house had everything! There was even a washer/dryer so we could do laundry (a must with the many beach trips and the rain). We were all very pleased with the house's size, cleanliness, comfort and location! The grounds of the community are nicely landscaped and well kept. I would highly recommend this house. The only downside was the WiFi at the house did not work at all and regular cell service was very spotty at the house. It wasn't too big of a deal, but there were times we needed it and had to leave the house to get service. Also, the couches in the carriage house make into beds but they were broken and uncomfortable. Two of our kids were originally going to stay there, but after the first night they moved to the couch/beds in the upstairs bedroom and much preferred that location for their stay!

A bit to small

Since this was a family event, we were hoping the general living area would be more accommodating to gather and relax. Not a lot of room for that. Also pool area could have used a few shade options.

Bigger Than we Expected

The house was wonderful. It was a lot larger than we expected, and the grill was a nice touch. They had all the plates and dishes we needed. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone to get ready, and when we went out, the wonderful island taxi knew exactly where to go. Would 100 percent rent again.
