Great family getaway!

It was exactly what we needed! We enjoyed the long 3-day weekend with tons of quality family time and away from the crazy routine! House was perfect and we will be back!! Great for the golf, pool, beach and great eating nearby!!

Great location . Pool is out of the back door. Close to the beach. No cleaning supplies are included except dish soap and laundry detergent. That’s really the own downfall. Dishwasher is pretty gross but other than that, it’s a great house.

A stay in paradise

Absolutely beautiful! We love the location. It looked just like the photos, which is always a plus. Luxury house was well appointed and had everything we needed from the Comfortable beds and quality furnishings. Beautiful view of the of the Gulf from the back porch. Our family stayed here in mid-July, and we could not have had a better time. The house is so comfortable, great proximity to the pool and beach - it was just perfect for our family of 10. It offered us plenty of space without feeling crowded. The house was perfectly cleaned when we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals, etc.. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Very nice house ,nice family atmosphere . The problem with the house is the amount of money it cost to stay there for a week they should have enough bandwidth to run the tv’s , unfortunately they do not . It was a buffering nightmare and no help from on-site folks or the management company . They couldn’t return a call in 7 days .

Weekend Stay At Palmilla Beach Resort

The Actual townhome was excellent it fit our needs. The maintenance crew was excellent. They showed up to assist with 15 minutes. One thing that was confusing was that we were told that we had 3 reserved parking spots, however, it turned out to one only as the owner's golf cart occupied the second available spot. The resort the townhome was in located in did not have a trash receptacle available. When we called customer service they told us we could use the one located by the restaurant, which was on the opposite side of the resort from where we were located. We had to make multiple trips to empty our trash. We were disappointed that we could not take our own drinks down to the pools. We had to purchase from the bars they had located at each pool. While we enjoyed our time together at the facility, I don't think we will come back. There needs to be a lot more information about what is to be expected so there are no surprises

House had multiple issues

This is our 4th stay at Palmilla but first in this house. Location was excellent, but the house had multiple issues we have not experienced before. The dishwasher was broken, the water pressure was low throughout the house, the stove had 2 burners which would not light. We called the number given us and a local person came out but could not fix the problems. He said we would get a call from an appliance expert but no call came. After multiple calls to the 800 number we were told to expect a call but none came. Finally on our last evening the operations manager Chad and an appliance expert came around 5PM but could not fix any issues and of course we were checking out the next morning. Chad did mention that I should expect a partial refund, but I have not heard anything yet. The other issue is not with the home but the Palmilla Pool. We have always enjoyed this large kid friendly pool with cabanas but this time the pool was filthy with large amount of styrofoam particles, floating hair, and large amount of dirt on the bottom. It was not cleaned during our entire stay. I know that Vacasa does not manage the pool but it does reflect on the experience. We did enjoy the beach and had an otherwise great time except for the above issues which for the price we were paying I would not expect in a luxury property.

Great place to stay in Port A

Palmilla Beach is the best location and this house was perfect for our family. The location near the pool made it that much better. Great space to relax and enjoy all that Port A offers!

Great Getaway

We had a fabulous time with the family at Sunset Cove. The house was laid out perfectly for our family. Took the kids, their spouses and 2 grandbabies. Golf course was amazing, pool was super nice, beach set ups were also fabulous and the golf cart is a must! Highly recommend this house and property!

Nice house

The house was well laid out, and the elevator was a nice feature… We love the location overlooking the community pool. The weather was cold so we didn’t get to enjoy all of the benefits of the beach and community but look forward to returning this year. The batteries in the breakfast area TV remote need changing, and the water pressure in the kitchen is significantly low and almost difficult to wash dishes. Overall the house was nice, very clean, beautiful view from every direction. The house itself is showing a little bit of where and it may be time for a deep cleaning on baseboards and such overall we enjoyed it and would not mind staying in this house again.
