Such a cute little beach getaway in a great area! Very clean inside and all the linens (they have extras too!) smelled very fresh. The decor is absolutely adorable and the condo has everything (and more!) that you need. Lots of thoughful touches (board games, variety of kitchen appliances, coffee station, etc.), and having so many games and beach toys for the kids made them so very happy. We loved eating on the patio while watching the sun set and hearing the waves.Parking was close to the property, getting into the condo was fast and walking to the beach was super easy using the private path available, took less than 5 minutes. Beach was clean, not super crowded and perfect to walk around at night.Check out was easy with a small list of requests that were quickly accomplished. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to doing so!

Great access to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Walking distance to the beach was a huge plus and the kids really enjoyed spending time at the pool. There is a shower/rinse station by the pool, which was great to rinse the kids off and their equipment after the beach. The gazebo set-up was nice as it provided the opportunity to grill and eat outdoors. The place is a little small, but it met our family needs. Overall, very nice and enjoyable stay!

Excellent experience

The property was very clean. Every room was spotless. The pool was awesome and the property manager, Laura was most helpful and very professional. I would recommend this property to everyone, one of the best experiences I’ve had on a vacation.

Whitecap Beach Condo

The condo was perfect! Had a couple hiccups that were immediately rectified by Laura the property manager. We picked the wrong month to visit Corpus Christi. We had a handful of nice days during our three week stay. The condo is conveniently located about a block from Whitecap Beacj. I loved my daily walks at the beach. We were only able to use the pool two days.

Business & Beach trip

First time to Corpus Christi and the Island, had a great visit. The Condo was amazing and very tastefully decorated, with easy access to the Beach. My only concern was when reserving online through Vrbo I paid for the insurance that would cover damage up to $1,500, but when I signed the short term agreement I had to give my Credit Card information with a hold agreement to also cover any damages. Feeling like that was an unnecessary charge of $60 for the insurance if they were going to also put a hold on my credit card. Other than that issue I would definitely recommend staying.
