Comfortably accommodating up to 29 guests, these homes make an ideal retreat for larger groups. Enjoy seamless access to downtown, shopping, and restaurants. We eagerly await your stay and the chance to offer you an unforgettable hosting experience!



    The Space:

    Discover a unique coastal retreat nestled within two ocean-facing homes that share a secured, interconnecting fence. Before your arrival, we provide the gate code to facilitate seamless transitions between these two inviting sanctuaries.





    * HOUSE 1 *



    Unlock tranquility using a digital keypad to enter the main home, where you'll encounter expansive living spaces boasting elegant finishes, luxurious comfort, and the breathtaking panorama of the bay from numerous vantage points. Indulge in a relaxing evening on the plush leather sectional, featuring a reclining seat, perfectly positioned for immersive entertainment on the Smart TV.



    Beyond the main living area, a cozy nook beckons, offering additional seating and a versatile futon that opens up to a quaint dining setup for four. The ground level also houses a chic half bathroom and a state-of-the-art kitchen. Indulge your culinary creativity within this commodious space, complete with vast countertops, a large sink, and top-tier appliances. An integrated dining space provides room for six at the table and additional seating for four at the counter.



    The second story reveals four elegantly-appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms, all leading to a covered terrace. The master suite is a sanctuary unto itself, featuring a king bed, grand Smart TV, commanding bay views, and an exclusive ensuite. The other bedrooms are designed for comfort, flexibility, and connectivity with each offering Smart TVs and distinct features, from queen and bunk beds to outdoor patio access. The second full bathroom, conveniently located, caters to the needs of all guests.



    Explore the private, fully-fenced backyard, a haven for relaxation and fun. Beat the heat in the shallow lounging pool, or unwind under the stars in the therapeutic hot tub.





    * HOUSE 2 *



    Open the front door with your unique digital code and step into a beautifully revamped living and dining space. With a vaulted ceiling, dual couches, a large Smart TV, and a rustic farm table, this area exudes a homely charm. Adjacent lies the galley-style kitchen, showcasing a brilliant layout for optimal cooking efficiency and equipped with essential cookware, dinnerware, and high-quality appliances.



    Venture down the hall to find the master bedroom, an opulent oasis with a king bed, charming built-in shelves, a cozy sitting area complete with a Smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom. Further down, three generously sized bedrooms promise serene rest with plush queen beds. The final room is a child's dream with two twin-over-full bunk beds, making it an ideal family space.





    To ensure a comfortable stay, two additional full bathrooms are available for guests. Don't forget to step outside and enjoy the fully fenced backyard, equipped with a BBQ grill, comfortable patio furniture, and a private hot tub - the perfect setting for memorable alfresco gatherings.



    While we strive to provide a space for relaxation and enjoyment, we also uphold a few house rules to ensure the comfort of all our guests and neighbors. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 charge. Parties, events, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited, and pets are limited to dogs with a required pet fee.



    1. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., is strictly prohibited inside.



    2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS UNLESS DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 11 PM and 6 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors.



    3. PET POLICIES: We welcome dogs (up to 50 lbs) in this home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. If two pets will be occupying the home, please message us and we will request an additional $150 after the booking is confirmed. Please ensure that pets are crated whenever left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and waste must be promptly cleaned up from the yard.



    4. SECURITY: For your safety, our homes are equipped with motion-activated EXTERIOR video cameras. There are no video recording devices located inside the home.



    5. WEAPON POLICY: Guests must provide prior notice and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking. All weapons present must be properly secured. Failure to provide notice or unauthorized possession of weapons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.



    6. POOL / HOT TUB / DOCK: Guests must adhere to all posted rules regarding the safe use of amenities such as the pool, hot tub, or dock. By booking this property, guests waive any liability claims against the homeowner or any affiliated property management entity related to the use of these amenities, including loss, damage, injury, or death. Guests are required to place the hot tub cover back on the hot tub when it is not in use to prevent water from spraying out from the jets.



    Please note that all pools and hot tubs are serviced daily to ensure appropriate chemical balance and to keep the water clean and clear. Our service team will perform maintenance between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. They will not announce themselves but will discreetly access the backyard gate to complete their service. While guests cannot forgo this daily maintenance, you may request a preferred time for service or specify times you would like the service team to avoid.



    7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS: In the event of damage or theft of linens, furniture, or any other items, guests will be responsible for covering the costs.



    8. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID VERIFICATION

    The primary guest will be required to complete a rental agreement and submit I.D. Verification as a part of the reservation process.



    9. PRE-ARRIVAL INSPECTION: Before each guest check-in, we perform a comprehensive video walkthrough of the property. This process serves a dual purpose: first, to meticulously document the home's existing condition and cleanliness, thereby protecting guests from being unfairly blamed or charged for pre-existing damage; and second, to establish a clear baseline that allows us to hold guests accountable for any damages incurred during their stay.



    10. FURNITURE: Guests are prohibited from moving any furniture. If any furniture is found to have been relocated after the guest's departure, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for associated labor.
